I had one phone appointment with Windstone in Garden Grove and they have so far been fabulous. The scheduling and everything with them and the appointment reminder have gone fantastically. Office staff and clinical psychologist are very nice and have done great so far. Windstone in Palm Desert is horrible and they couldn’t do the test I need. So I have to do it in Garden Grove2 hrs away. The office staff in Palm Desert is horrible. The manager of the office in Palm Desert is horrible and causes you to miss appointments. Extremely unprofessional and lacking in every way Should not work in anything in the medical field. And shouldn’t work here. Read the Palm Desert reviews. He Cancels your appointments if he gets upset with you and causes you to not get prescriptions refilled. And he knows he’s causing this. That can cause withdrawal.

Walter is a great therapist and extremely understanding, but the grief group is impossible to get in to. I know he has tried, but I never receive a link and its frustrating. I have spoken to the GG staff numerous times, so basically I have now given up trying to go.

I really like my new Pshyciatrist. She made a very good impression on me. I been on Vraylar the last 3 years or so. I've been extremely happy with it and I dread changing to a new medicine. I've learned I usually have to give it time to work. I would recommend Vraylar to anybody with Bi-Polar disease I was fortunate to have it as it was it was $1000.00 a month. I recieved samples I was very happy with it for about 2 years or so.I was very fortunate to have it. I was very disappointed with Progeny we did argue over a policy they had about money, $2000.00 they said I owed them without any prior notice I would not recommend them to anyone. I was very unhappy with them. After being with them so long. It is not easy to change Dr's. and Change meds at the same time. I have faith that I will get thru it.

My therapist has been very astute with her suggestions and support. It took a few appointments with other therapists on staff for me to find one that fits my needs. Windstone protocol allows clients to change therapists if needed. Windstone scheduling staff does their best to line up my appointments.

I had a First time, virtual phone appointment with Dr Erin Jenkins today. She was professional, pleasant, thorough & sounded caring, about my concerns. She was engaged & thoughtful about my quality of care. She gets a 10 from me today for excellent-Dr/patient service..

Both my morning experiences were dismissed as if I was just a number. I explained that my husband committed suicide and I was in desperate need to get therapy going. I called the number on my my Universal Health card ANF they worked hard and got me an appointment with two Doctors who contacted my immediately. I wrote a very kind review on a website I can't remember, but I definitely was too kind too soon! I'm going to leave it at that for now, but I would highly recommend that you dig deep into patient reviews before trusting windstone Behavioral Health with your health!!!!

Booked twice with Ms. Nina Weather and twice she didn't call me. I waited the entire day for a call back and by now not sure why they're referring her as a psychiatrist in my area. Saving myself the trouble and not gonna insist on calling to make an appointment. Very unprofessional.

I've had a couple appointments with Miss Aaron Jenkins and she seems to have found or were working on the right recipe for me appreciate her very very much I would recommend her to anybody

Dr George Solovjev was very easy to talk to him and help me to feel comfortable in coming to a decision for my treatment.
