In general, most martial arts styles, systems or schools can help you to reach your goals and purposes; however, not all martial arts styles, systems, or schools can just do that because most martial arts schools don’t have many experienced instructors or they just don’t have a deep understanding of what martial arts is all about. They do have pieces or bits of knowledge about martial arts; therefore, most of them just focus on fighting skills or street fighting techniques, and they do make you feel that you need to use it all the time.
