My family says best wings in kennesaw! They love the lemon pepper fries too! I dont eat meat so I get the fried rice but that lots of egg so good protien. Be sure ask for soy sauce. They have other things besides wings but family loves the wings so much never tried. Love this place.

Ate here twicehave it another try they have horrible wings sauce is good tho. Had to pick through the chicken to find any clean white meat.

Love the wings. Best wings around. But they always have cnn on the TV really loud. And the air has been out several times.

Until recently, this place was our family’s set place to get wings. Family of 6. However, we went there and Learned that they have raised the prices on their wings. We thought they were reasonably priced before and affordable for our family. The new price seems quite significant enough to make me question my loyalty to their business. Are the wings good? Absolutely?! Are they good enough to justify spending the new price? Not in my opinion. I enjoyed our time with faithfully going to this place for their wings. Unfortunately, due to their price increase, I believe that our time here has come to an end. The time has come to find another wing place.

Rudest place ever! I've called twice during business hours to order wings and get hung up on during mid sentence. They just say hello when answering the phone having me think I'm calling a friend or familiar person in my phone. I attempt to ask when the hours are but the guy just says we're closed and hangs up. I'm glad I haven't had a chance to place my order because I'm sure the wings are just as bad as the customer service! I will never go here.

I am an AVID wing eater. I tried this place once in the past and wasn’t that impressed. I tried them again only to remember why I don’t order from here that often. I got hot lemon pepper and they were beyond salty. I couldn’t even finish them. I put them in the fridge but I’m debating if I will even finish the rest. The fries were good, but all the salt was in the wing sauce. All of it. The size of the wings was decent and they were cooked okay not super crispy but not soggy either. I’ve had their lemon pepper fries in the past and they were great I just don’t recommend their wings.

Wings are small and extra fried up, lots of sauce to cover up how dried out they are. I had cravings for buffalo wings and this definitely didn't hit the spot like at all! I also had the vegetable fried rice that tasted old with lots of egg that taste overcooked, the fries I had taste like average freezer fries with no seasoning n lots of thick cheese on some parts of fries. 2 stars for the sauce and not waiting too long, besides that will not be a return customer at all, waste of money.

Wing Factory seemed like the only place to get really good wings in Kennesaw. After the pandemic hit, the quality and taste of their food went way down hill. They rush you through your order over the phone and won't repeat your order back. Your wings are delivered with a majority of the sauce in the bag and all over the napkins! They will quote you an hour for delivery. Even though I live four red lights away Arrive within 30 minutes, only for your food to taste room temp. There are so many places that are closed down due to the coronavirus. For this establishment to still be up and running. You would think they would be doing all that they could to keep customers happy and business steady. Wing Factory just became another place to loose my family as customers and another reason for us to just eat at home. Saves money and the food is never a disappointment.

Ordered sweet Thai Chili wings and ranch fries. The fries were so salty that is all you could taste. The wings had been fried so hard the meat was stuck to the bone. The meat was like wood. When I called to complain I was asked,"how can I help you?" I asked you tell me and was offered $5 off my next order. I let them know I wouldn't be coming back and would tell everyone where I work, we order from them often, how horrible the food was. I was then told to bring the wings back the next day and I could have 10 more. Those wings are in the trash. Save your money don't eat here!

Lady that works at the counter has very poor customer service. Poor acknowledgment, doesn’t thank you for coming in, and acts as if you are interrupting her day. I had the lemon pepper wings. They were ok. Fries tasted like they had been sitting a for some time. I couldn’t eat them.
