This hotel is great! The location is awesome because it’s right off the highway with enough variety of restaurants around the area. Check-in was wonderful, the receptip it’s who helped me and my mother was quick, polite and joyful! The hotel offered real breakfast food pancakes, meats, cereals, etc.. The pool was clean. The rooms were clean. There wasn’t any “chaos” in the nearby rooms so we all got to sleep peacefully 3 nights! Air and heat worked great. And almost every nearby restaurant delivers to this hotel! PLEASE BE AWARE! If you’re coming from the East, DO NOT miss your exit! They’re aren’t any other exits for quite a while.. it added an extra 27 minutes but I know for next time now!
The place provided a shuttle from airport to hotel. But you must call them first it doesn’t come regularly. Room and hotel were clean, there was a slight stain on one of the cover sheets, the AC wasn’t fully running 100% but it still did the job and there’s breakfast but it wasn’t all tasty. This place can be great with a little more care. Decent overall.
The indoor pool was very loud and had a strong smell of chlorine. The staff was helpful and courteous. The opening to the second floor from the lobby made for a louder than usual noise level. They did have a decent breakfast.Rooms: 4/5
for what it was me and my husband had a great time. We needed a place to get away from his parents for a bit and it was perfect for the two days we stayed. TV was a little weird with the channels and the wifi sucked in our room, staff at the front desk was either super friendly or a bit rude and the pool smelled strongly of chlorine, but none of that really impacted the quality of the time we had here. There was a slight issue with our reservation when we checked in but it wasnt a big deal, just a problem with the system and it got sorted out quickly. The room was clean, nice bathroom and a great space for just me and him. Breakfast was good and the price of snacks and drinks was fair. Laundry room had a dead cricket between the machines but that didnt bother me. i found a bug in the toilet when we arrived but it was just a little beetle so no big deal. Would have liked to stay longer but we couldnt budget another week at the price we paid, but both of us would definitely stay here again.
I would give it negative stars if I could. I stayed in room 226 with the hot tub/jacuzzi and the water kept draining but it’s not that big of deal went to bed and when I woke up around 4am to go to the restroom I noticed a bump on my face and just brushed it off as maybe acne, my arm then started to feel hot and itchy and it was quite evident that I was bitten. As soon as I noticed I had bites, my partner went downstairs to talk to someone. Whoever was at the front desk came up to the room and tried to tell me it was a spider bite. Mind you it is 4 am and I know a bed bug bite from a spider bite I also took pictures and a spider is not going to bite you 11 times! She didn’t even examine the room and instead just told us we would switch rooms. I’m very sensitive to bug bites so my skin flares and swells up immediately. We were told by the fronts desk lady that she’s knew and can’t do much about it right now but that the manager would be in at 9am after a sleepless night staying right down the hall from our previous room 223 I was sure to be down at the desk at 9:20 to give the manager time to be there. She was not. Instead the girl at the front desk handed me a print off of my receipt and said to take her managers card, but that they have my information so she would reach out to me. This was Saturday morning it’s Sunday night and still haven’t heard from her so I reached out to corporate. I am horrified reading the reviews as someone only a month ago had stayed in that room and is being told there are no bed bugs I hope you reach out to them and apologize! You most definitely do!!!! It’s crazy how no one reached out to me and seems like nothing is being done even reaching out to corporate. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!! 01/26/23 since posting the manager Missy Keeling emailed me on 01/23, and gave a “discount” I paid about $260 and got back $60. I emailed her back letting her know respectfully that I want a refund due to the fact that I can not justify paying for one night at a place that claims do not have bed bugs but evidentially do. I still have not gotten a response. Beyond disappointed by customer service I’ve been getting and the delayed communication. This place is not worth it!!!!
Clean, comfy and quiet. Front desk woman promptly came up to our room to get tv working for us. We would definitely stay again if in the area!Rooms: 5/5
This is by far the worst, dirtiest hotel or rather motel that I have ever stayed in. We got duped! We paid $140 for one night stay and we should have slept in our car. I’m not even sure this room was swept. Edit: Spoke to the manager before leaving and she said, “To put this in a polite way, you should have spoken to a manager before leaving a Google review”…”I will take a look at the room” and she walked away.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews but when the manager hangs the phone up on you that's the time. We stayed over the weekend in a Jacuzzi room 226. The tub only temporarily held water and then drained. We let that go. The next morning we woke up & were covered in bedbug bites.... We reported it to the manager that wouldn't name herself. Told us we were lieing . That she checked the room & sent pest control to check. Claims she emailed me when she didnt. & refused to provide any refund or support instead she hung up and told me I was lieing. 9/10 will stay here again.
Cleanest hotel in a long time. Comfortable and staff is amazing, especially the breakfast lady. Overall i really liked this hotel.
Very nice. Clean and up to date And close to airport. We had an early flight so missed out on breakfast.Rooms: 5/5
