Wow! Amazing service from amazing people. I made a mess of an online order, all very last minute, and the orders didn’t make it to the restaurant, leaving me with 12 hungry coworkers and a lot of anxiety. Stephanie and her crew were amazing helping me sort out the orders and got them out of the kitchen lightening fast, apologizing to me for the delay cleaning up MY mess! Amazing humans and the food is good. Coworkers are fed and happy.
Our group was 12 people, so my review may be a bit biased. If you come in a big group, definitely split up into smaller tables. From the start, it took about 20-30 minutes to get our drinks and our orders taken. Our server was really kind though, I’m sure they were backed up. After that, it took about an hour for our food to come out. We understand that our group is a bit larger and our food would take a bit longer, but other comparable restaurants don’t take nearly as long for food to come out. Once our food came, it was pretty subpar. Some of our wings tasted fishy for some reason, the food had gotten lukewarm, and most of the fried sides were kind of gross. We did come at the end of the night though, so it might’ve been old oil.
We came in closer to closing time than I like, but our waitress was great! She was super sweet and very attentive. Great wings. The cheese curds were delicious. Kid-friendliness: Patio seating allowed the kid to run around and play a bit.
The new Wings Etc. is awesome! First bite into my chicken quesadilla was amazing and the service was great. Highly recommend stopping in! Kaybre and Steph were amazing bartenders.
Every time I go, it’s been 3 or 4 times now, the food is really good but the service is lacking. Slow service even when it’s not busy, and not very knowledgeable staff. The traditional wings and all the sauces I’ve had have been great though! The wings are always crispy and plenty of sauce.Recommended dishesTraditional Wings
This is a hard review to write as Wings Etc. was the first bar/restaurant I visited and loved it for years when moving to West Lafayette, IN. This is about an unfortunate corporate new build trying to stay profitable to the customers demise. I've been a regular customer for over five years, this does not matter to Wings corporate. Please keep in mind this does not reflect on the service or professionalism of the current employees, this is directed at the recent corporate decisions and the current general manager. They have chosen to not stock particular beverages and then overcharge for a smaller version, this tactic is a loss larger than revenue and profit as it will lose clientele. They have chosen not to stock particular items that are frequent seller to try to prove a point? West Lafayette is strong college community and should be treated as such, It's time to grow up Wings Etc.! We liked you, why don’t you like us?
Only thing I can say bad is that the boneless wings didn’t have much meat, but that’s the drawback sometimes with boneless so I can’t be mad. Our server Kaitlin was phenomenal. Checked up on us enough to make us feel cared about but not overwhelmed.Food: 4/5
I'm upgrading my previous rating from 2 to 4 stars. It had been many years since I had gone to wings because they're was a time that food came out cold, they were chronically understaffed, servers were surly, overall bad experience after bad experiencewe had a weekly guys wing night But today's visit in their new building was great! Great server. Smoking hot Food! And the atmosphere was a wings etc. Ok but they're all the same lol. You've earned my business again wings etc! Now let's keep up the good work!
Went with the fiancé tonight and had unbeatable service by a lovely lady named Kaitlyn. Hope I spelled it right she was very kind, quick, and reliable.
