I was in town visiting and decided we would get Wingstop. I live in Houston so this store wasn't even busy compared to the ones at home. I ordered and waited about 25 minutes...I see everyone that ordered after me get their food! So, I ask about mine and she says...its coming! I don't know why I didn't open the compartments, because I would have known that it wasn't right! Its just crazy that after paying $33.00 for wings you'd think it would be right! I called them 8 times only to get a voicemail...no one has called back yet! I will be going back before I leave so they can fit my order! Both fries were literally crumbs from the bottom of the bag! I asked for extra lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan...I had little to no lemon pepper and no garlic Parmesan at all! The container was full on grease! I should've known better when I didn't see one person that looked like an adult behind the counter! Definitely will not be going back!!
Very disappointing. Ordered 6 piece wing meal. My order consisted of 5 wingettes & just 1 drumette. As everyone knows the drumette has much more meat. I had sauce on side and I could see the skins were far from crispy. Yuck. Only thing good were the fries. Will be trying wings elsewhere.Food: 2/5
I absolutely freaking love wing stop just not this one, I was watching the people in back while they where cooking yet they where cleaning also and using rags and cleaning the floor which you would think is a good thing yet not once did any of the employees wear gloves or wash their hands as they transitioned from each task, they had their dirty mop bucket chemical hands and dirty rag hands touching the food. I asked to speak with the manager to let her know and she couldn't speak any english which is very unfortunate in today's day and age. I'll unfortunately have to enjoy wing stop at other locations.
This was my first time visiting a Wingstop. I did not know how to order and the lady who took my order was not at all helpful taking my order. The chicken was fresh, hot and good however given the option, I will choose another chicken restaurant and not return to any Wingstop in the future. Sorry Wingstop but the order-takers ofen help me make a final decision about a restaurant. Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place. Good luck getting a meal that is flesh free.
Good for a lunch break. Decently fast. Kinda dirty. Ice was out and not refilled in the 45ins we were there.Food: 3/5
Even when there's almost nobody in there, they still take 30-45 minutes to make one order of wings, and they still turn out cold.Food: 4/5
Only been here a couple of times and both times have been pleasant. My boyfriend is allergic to garlic not deathly so a little bit is okay but after a certain amount he will get sick so when he ordered, he didn't specify any seasoning on the fries. We received the fries and it had the garlic salt and sugar seasoning. He asked at the front if the fries had garlic on them and he let them know his condition. They quickly replaced the fries with plain ones and were very accommodating. We even offered to pay for the new fries since it was a mess up on our end that he didn't specify no seasoning at all. They exchanged the fries with no problems and all was good. Wings were hot and delicious. Fries were hot and greasy and amazing in the ranch dipping sauce. All in all, we haven't had a super horrible experience when visiting here.
As a dasher, I have blacklisted this location for trying to micromanage us. You don't get to ask me to look at my phone and tell me when to hit the pickup confirmation button. I am very precise about when I update my orders to maximize my earnings. I do not work for you. Maybe it's time to hire your own drivers
