I'm not a big fan of chicken wings, but I had to go into this restaurant and definitely NEVER AGAIN!!!!….it's the worst customer service I've ever seen. The dirty, unpleasant atmosphere, the woman who served me seemed not to care about those who were waiting. Definitely “ZERO” on everything.Food: 1/5
Waited 30 minutes for cold food. There are much better locations in the area. Not exactly a dry rub. This has never been a quality Wing Stop location. Prior to COVID, I was served raw chicken twice.
Terrible location. I waited 1 hour for a 30 piece because the cooks were arguing. Every time I come in here the girls behind the counter are screaming at each other or customers.Food: 1/5
Worst Wingstop ever! Phone off the hook always, went there no walk-in orders you can only order online ok. Then to top it off you still have to wait in a long line to pick up the order you paid for online! Why don't you sell me 50% of this location ? I would 3x the sales volume and properly serve our community with high-quality, efficient service that would let entice people to return more regularly. Especially when your main product's supply chain is as vulnerable and uncertain as is now . I've seen so many businesses go under in this area including national chains like this. What a waste.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my delivery order through their website. I received someone else's order. And of course they don't answer the phone. I was SO mad. If I had ordered through Uber Eats I would've gotten my money back. They sent me a $10 gift card but I spent $40 so they owe me like $30. I sent a complaint and they still have not contacted me. It's been a week. Just do yourself a favor and choose a different location to order from. Or better yet, get wings from Charley's.
The place is the worst. Lacking in hygiene practices. Cooks without masks or gloves and having conversations while cooking sharing all kinds of persons fluids over the food they’re cooking. In the end I had to throw the food away after waiting for 40 minutes for greasy overcooked fries and wings. The health inspector should definitely visit this place.
Far and away the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant fast food or otherwise. I consider myself a patient man but this is well beyond the scope of a major chain restaurant. Management is nonexistent, wait times are triple the estimated times, and this is without any major customers in the place. The “employees” are more concerned with getting women customers phone numbers than actual helping any customers and I felt more like I was in a inner city high school than a WingStop at all. I would chalk it up to the neighborhood, but this isn’t a bad one. No masks, no help, I couldn’t even get a refund because the “lead” employee didn’t know how to issue one for my online order . This place is a joke and even know my money is important to me, I waited in the extremely cold location just to take my 60 dollar order and place it in the trash. I took my daughter to Boston Market instead across the street. The pics alone speak volumes, save your money. But if you want your food from a high school level hip hop club, this is your place. Just don’t expect to make it through the next day cause most of the staff only wear one glove and the masks do fantastic work covering only their chin. This place is a joke and they should be shut down.
Do not waste your time and money in this place. Placed my order through the app at 7pm. According to the app food was ready at 7:17, I arrived to the rest at 7:20 but didn't get my food until 7:50. Only been here twice and its the same issue both times. Order 2 different flavors Louisiana rub and lemon pepper but only got the lemmon pepper in all the wings. Also got my wings served in a pool of oil see picture. This place needs to be closed.
We all make mistakes, and if you oder from here, this will probably be the biggest mistake you've made today. Do not order from here. Just trust me on this one. I've ordered from here at least 30 times in the past 2 years because I'm kind of a simp. You should just go to another one of their locations there are 2 other Wing Stops within 5 miles of this one and I have no complaints about those. However, if for whatever reason, you still decide to order from here, let me give you some tips: 1 wait at least one hour to pick up your food after you've ordered it. 2 Check your order before leaving the store, there is a ~75% chance they'll forget your sides fries, corn, veggie sticks, etc.. 3 Try your best not to lose your temper, because it will be tested. 4 Make sure your phone has a full charge when you go and pick up your food, because you're going to be there for a while, even if you're arrived an hour after you've ordered, you'll likely have to wait for them to make the part of your order that they've missed. Whoever was working on 8/ 21/2023 between 6:15 pm to 6:20m just cost you a local customer who being buying from there for a while now there no post online or on your door that this is online only ordering store that lady needs a lesson customer service after I asked forr the manager is like didn’t say anything one less customer for you wings stop !!! Trust me it adds up
