Too much attitude and great arrogance from what seems to be uneducated and unprofessional staff members, some seem to have no idea of what it is to be a true professional and therefore are lacking basic customer service skills. No professional propriety, how to be kind and respectful, etc.. Female Cashier who has been employed here for some time is starting to get too comfortable in her position and was rude, belligerent, and unprofessional. Customers will not allow that or stand for it. I spoke with the manager and while he solved a problem I had as I was checking out, he did not apologize for the unprofessional conduct of his employee nor did he correct her. When you allow your employees to intend to degrade and dominate customers, the attitude she displayed and the way she talked down to me was like someone who seems to think that she is extremely superior, acting like she is a rude general manager, that she owns the store, and that she is above everyone else, you will surely fail. I foresee a tremendous amount of house cleaning and it seems that you will have no choice because otherwise you will eventually self destruct. We all have seen it too many times before. This is Capitalism and in Capitalism you respect the customer.From my experience there has been an unwelcoming, hostile, unprofessional, spirit reigning here for quiet some time. This fact is not sustainable or compatible with long-term business success. I still have some gift cards from here and I went back on Saturday and couldn't help but notice that the whole ambiance seems very hostile. Managers acting with what seemed to be great airs of importance and intimidating body language, very stand offish, taking down to people instead of at them, forgetting that they are there to serve. My advice is, "Invest in professional staff, do not give too much power to people who cannot handle it and who have not been properly trained to work with human beings, hire students and people with a college education in the pertinent fields, those who are service orientated, especially in Science, microbiology, biology, chemistry, math, etc, because from my personal experience these subjects are hard but when you succeed, especially with honors for the most part it builds a lot of discipline and good character needed for success, and do not get too cocky".

One of the better Winn-Dixie locations in the Longwood-Lake Mary area. The store is always clean and well stocked. I find myself traveling a little further to shop here because they have more to offer than other Winn-Dixie locations. Self checkout options are the icing on the cake for me. They always have great bogo deals as well. Download the app for deeper discounts and points toward free groceries.

Very impressed with this Winn-Dixie! This is probably the busiest and the nicest one I've EVER been to. I felt like I was in a trader joes, publix, whole foods, fresh market, all at once! They have small shopping carts for kids as well!

This particular Winn-Dixie reminds me of a 1950s era style grocery store in the way the store looks on the inside the prices do not though. They have good deals and good parking too.

After an accident on 95 one morning, we went over and they got us in a car right away. They were very helpful in making sure we were at a price that we were comfortable with

Today a young kid ran one of the registers and had all our groceries before I realized it. Normally I bag our stuff when the women do it but I didn't even have a chance too he was that fast. I'd give five but still no body armor coconut

This store always have what I need and then some... The staff are kind and knowledgeable, I LOVE shopping here ! There are BO-GO's every week! If you download the app, you will save $$ ; Who doesn't like saving money?

The staff is friendly and helpful, plus the store has a decent variety of foods. Especially! plant-based foods.

This location is always clean when I visit and normally have what I need in stock. Associates are friendly

Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. and they have one check out open- do I need to say more? I'll be shopping at Publix going forward. I left my food in the cart and walked out and went to Publix. They had six lines open and I didn't have to wait one second. Thanks for the wasted hour of my life Winn-Dixie.
