On me and my wife’s first Valentine’s Day as a married couple, I wanted it to be extra special so I ordered roses from here to be delivered to her office that morning. While I appreciate that the order was delivered on time, I was disappointed in the quality we received. Some of the roses were already dead at the time they were delivered. Update: After seeing my review, Kate from Winston Flowers reached out and went out of her way to ensure an upgraded arrangement was delivered to our apartment first thing the next morning. We appreciate the excellent customer care from Kate!
My brother ordered me birthday flowers as surprise and said that the service was great. So can’t comment too much on that. However, the flowers I received did not look fresh at all and were honestly very disappointing. Half of the roses in the bouquet looked really sad. I had heard of Winston Flowers before in a positive light and never expected to receive this kind quality from a luxe florist for a bouquet that probably cost 100+.
Used to believe Winston Flowers is the most luxurious florist shop, but it looks like things have changed. Covid? bouquet is dead on the second day see the date on the photo. And It obviously watered and “feed” after receiving yesterday. 09/21/2022

They did a beautiful job . I called last minute and they were very kind and accommodated for me by custom making a beautiful arrangement and having it sent to my gf at work, all happened very timely. through out the whole experience they communicated both through email and text message, which I felt was above and beyond great customer service.. thank you!!

Great and quick same day service for a custom order bouquet on a short notice. Quality safe packaging with a water glass for flowers longevity. Many thanks for this as well as reassuring about the flowers lifespan and look, as promised bouquet looked perfect on the day!
I ordered flowers for my mother- in -laws passing and they were spectacular!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO other florist can come close to them they have flowers delivered to Logan in containers ....Its the BEST PERIOD!!!! I also had a harpist and a video of photos of her life set to Enya music it was a very special wake/viewing.I didn't find there price point that much more,as I shopped many florists this week.It was an example for my teenage children how on how to honor a loved one properly and that is priceless! If /When they are going to get married they would be the only florist to use!!! Very Pleased!!!

Huge disappointment on a big day. Flowers started dying right away. When I double checked the water, it wasn’t clear at all. Obviously, old flowers were used. Really, don’t order from here.
