While it is nice to have a good place to park after your shift what they don't tell you is its more like first come first served here. It's just a big gravel lot at all their locations so there are no lines dividing up spaces. Drivers double park all the time with no repercussions or they will hold up a space with traffic cones. Despite having paid your monthly fee to park there If you do not have a vehicle or trailer to hold you a spot then there is a strong chance you will not have a spot available come nightfall.
Impossible to complete the payment check out, tried with different cards, different browsers, etc. no credit card over the phone option. The accountant was a bit helpful, but customer service not so much. Booked another trucking spot with a different company nearby easily in 10 mins Yohwi Transportation in Conyers, GA. If the platform does not work well or has issues, you need to do manual booking, otherwise you will lose clients. Frustrated experience!
Very bad company, insecure parking, broken and unlit. Many of trucks were stolen as well as trailer and never did anything about it. I removed my truck for their lot after found out my Freind and many others their trucks were stolen . Irving, TX
Not sure why this is supposed to be a secure place gate is broken and porta john probably hasn't been serviced since before Covid hit but it's my emergency parking when needed in the Atlanta area

Worthed transportation parks here because it is easy in and out and well lit good customer service
Great concept, security seems ok, what would make parking there better? designated spots
