Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour

Great boat tour led by our boat driver and tour guide the Great Lee, the Magnificent…he’s been a resident of Florida for over 20 yrs and had a wealth of knowledge about the history of the Lakes surrounding winter park located in Central Florida. Glad we came. Make sure to bring a hat for shade, hand towel, and a few bottled waters in a small storage bag to help keep them cool. You will need it due to the sun and heat.

Found it relaxing, interesting and quite enjoyable. Overall experience was well worth price of admission. Ships leave every hour on the hour. Tour guide was excellent too, he wasn’t too much and was funny. Would love a boat with a sunshade but that’s impossible with passing under a very low bridge. So be prepared to get some sun. Wish I had paid cash to save them the finance charge since it’s an even amount. But would, and very likely will go back again.

We took the boat tour to get my in laws out the house for a little bit and we had such an amazing and relaxing time on the tour with Fred. Thank you so much. We will definitely be taking this tour more often

Wonderful boat tour around a few of the Winter Park lakes. Completely enjoyed the ride and all of the information. Would definitely recommend.

Do NOT go here without a hat and possibly a light long sleeve shirt or sunscreen. It was such an educational trip. Tour guide was very informative. 1hr long tour through the lakes. 1st come 1st serve, boats filled up quickly. 4 boats were out at a time. They do sell bottled water for $1. Nice sign to take a memory picture.

Excellent tour. A must for anyone who visits Orlando. Tour guide was good with good humour and wit and gave good history and knowledge. Boat safety and docking is good.

One of the best if not the best attraction in Winter Park! My wife and I have done this tour multiple times, we love bringing friends and family along with us! Every time is unique in that we have had different tour guides who have shared with us different things about Winter Park. if you have not done this yet, I would highly recommend making some time for it. If you are keen on going at a certain time, I would arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to make sure you get your tickets. There is usually plenty of parking right next to the dock. The pontoon boats do not have a cover, so I would recommend bringing a hat and sunscreen.

Love this 1 hour cruise! $56 for 3 adults and 1 child was well worth it. Beautiful sights to see and our skipper was phenomenal

Fantastic boat tour! They run on the hour ever hour from open to close. No reservations so it's recommended to get there early to reserve your time slot. The tour guides are knowledgeable and extremely entertaining. The guide we had kept us laughing and engaged the whole ride. Speaking of rides, it was extremely comfortable, the seating was perfect and the whole experience was sublime. It went by so fast I was left wanting more. I'll be sure to return. Highly recommended!

While visiting the beautiful city of Winter Park a local resident recommended we try the "Scenic Boat Tour". We are so glad we did. Our tour boat was comfortable and quiet. Our guide was excellent, and had a great sense of humor. He told us amazing side stories of the historic mansions and the people who lived in them during our tour. We saw the home of Fred Rogers of "Mr. Rogers Neighborhood". We'd love to have been his neighbor
