Winterset Farms

This community is the little golden nugget of New Castle County DE. Well maintained homes, excellent neighbors, quiet and a great place to either raise a family or retire. The taxes are low, as are the utilities. We moved in in 2018 and love it here.

Steer away from this place. The lot fee is the highest in the state and they are citation happy. If leaves or grass isn't cut every week the will give you a nasty message and write you a citation quicker than you can blink

This is a lovely quiet place to live. My grandparents have lived here since I was 6! I'm 35 now!

4 stars for my friend who lives here. Nice park. No problems or concerns.

Very courteous office staff who always make you feel welcome.

Rude bias manager gives violations for things like "bounced a ball on street" yet others play baseball in street! 3 small unproven "violations" and u will be EVICTED along with 13 others i know. If u move there get a backup plan first
