This was the absolute most unpleasant experience I have ever had. I thought I was going for a cleaning, but they decided to do my filling. The dentist was very aggressive and it started making me nervous, He kept hitting my lip with the tools and my lip would get stuck because he was being aggressive. I started having a panic attack and actually crying. He did not make me feel comfortable at all. I will literally never go back.

Today I had extraction done and it was definitely a urgent need. To be honest I looked at the reviews after I got there. I know that was backwards....The reviews left are mixed so I got nervous. Truthfully the Resident Dr. L I will call her made me feel very comfortable. From the front desk to the assistant in the room Tarry I believe was her name really took care of me. The extraction was painless and she really took her time. After numbing she asked a few times am I okay. So I do understand if anyone would have reservations about dental services after reading but all went well for me. Trust the process and if uncomfortable just share your concerns. They will attend to you. I reccomend here if you are in urgent care for your dental work. The walk in process was very easy and very little wait time

Absolutely unprofessional. Ive been dealing with root canal pain started in June i made an appointment in September for a consultation and cleaning. Then with a root canal specialist in November that was their soonest appt finally a couple days before my appt. They cancel it and leave me a message. I reschedule to end of December and when i go in, they send me back home because their “ xray machine isnt working.” I try to make another appointment “the next available one is in February. Ridiculous

If I could rate a 0, I would!!!!!! Worst place ever, I should have read the reviews a week ago. My mouth is still swollen and am in pain every day.... Went for a tooth extraction, the students have no clue what they are doing. This dentist took a wrench pulled bent and snagged my tooth and I still have the tooth!!! They couldn't get it out, sent me on my way, no pain relief... Told me to go see an oral surgeon who can put me to sleep. My tooth is pushed up inside my gums and the pain is excruciating, especially at night... Now I'm left searching for dentist, but as a new patient appointmens are two months out. They won't help me get an emergency appointment. NOW, IM LOOKING INTO AN ATTORNEY, I HAVE NEVER BEEN LEFT LIKE THIS AFTER VISITING A MEDICAL OFFICE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANDE, PEOPLE CAN DIE. THIS IS THE MOUTH WE ARE TALKING ABOUT....

Worse dental office! Stay away!!!!front desk staff are nasty, unprofessional. Giselle rolled her eyes at me and gave me an attitude they have no respect! I have never been treated this way before! They don't appreciate your business! It takes two months to get an appointment and the Dentist are the same way, they charge my insurance for work I didn't even receive!

This place does not know how to even properly fill a cavity! I now have not 1 but 3 teeth that feel like concrete / sandpaper because they did not gloss over it & my bite isn’t aligning, which sucks considering i have fake teeth. I went to a different dentist who said I DID NOT have a cavity there, asked the dentist why, and she said oh it could turn into one. dr Alice Chenge - please consider switching practices. The residents boss on staff reply was unfortunately it’s translucent so we can’t see the error caused. What the actual hell? Reporting to board - the fact they cannot fix a cavity and I’ve had other work done there - i should have known better but figured it’s one of the most simple things to do. My sister went to get a tooth extracted and now she is on her way to North Shore emergency room. We suspect she has Meningitis. Her speech is slurred she has a severe headache, chest pain, a fever of 104 degrees and she's unable to feel her legs. We think she is septic due to the tooth extraction and caught bacterial meningitis from the procedure. If you value your life do not go there!

Do not come here. You are literally going to be their test dummy, these are students learning they do not have a clue what they are doing. The attending do not care and do not supervise them properly.

Excellent staff and service. Thank god I found this place. They handle everything with my insurance so I don’t have to. I feel safe and confident when getting work done here. Can’t express how grateful I have to have found a great dentist finally.

I had an extraction of 2 teeth done here yesterday. It went bad. The student doing the procedure drilled and pulled so hard I now have an unforgiving pain on the site and in my jaw bone. As the novacaine wore off yesterday I called the office in tears to see if they can call something into my pharmacy for pain and they never did. The receptionist told me she was going to send the message to the dentist and I still sit here in very bad pain. They told me to take Tylenol or Motrin for pain which is not helping. I wish someone could help me... I'll call back again today, but something is telling me I'll get absolutely nowhere. Please don't go here!!! Please find a place that cares about the patient and the patients well being afterwards!!! Going here was the biggest mistake I've made!!!!
