I brought my new iPhone in because it was not working. I did not buy it through this store, but Allen was very helpful in attempting to help me out. I will be recommending friends and family to go see him when buying their new phones. Allen deserves a raise.
Danny took great care of my family and me. He helped pick out the right phone for us, set us up with the peripherals we would need and made the stress of shopping for cell phones basically non-existent. As a plus he was very courteous and made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers.
Danny was incredible, he helped my get my mother switched to Verizon and set her up with a new iPhone and a bunch of accessories. A truly above and beyond experience, will certainly be back for all my Verizon needs. Thank you again Danny!
Rocky was great to work with! He was very informative with all the questions I had. He took the time to explain to me all the the phones that would best suit us for what was needed and told us about comparison rates and what would be the best offer for my pocket. He really took the time out in helping me find the perfect phone. Very easy to work with and very easy to talk to. Great customer service all around. Thank you again Rocky for the awesome help! Will def go back to him in the future.
Absolutely disgraceful this company is terrible and has really bad customer service too I wanted to try to pay off my remaining balance on my phone and they were so disrespectful and rude and did not acknowledge me at all or prob did not even care at all. Unbelievably rude
Chris was amazing! I always find the phone upgrade process stressful but Chris was so nice and patient, she made the experience so easy and enjoyable. She helped my family find the best deals and told us about current promotions without being pushy. We will definitely be back because of the excellent customer service we received today!
This store has made the cellphone buying experience seamless and easy. The staff is incredibly nice and always goes out of their way to help out the customers. We recently upgraded our phones and Rocky was so helpful in helping us set up the new phones and transferring all data, especially with making sure we were able to hold onto messages of sentimental value.
Be careful dealing with this store. They failed to disclose that by upgrading one of our phones paid full price we would lose a $500 gift card we received by switching over from another carrier a few weeks earlier. They also added mobile device protection $20/month without our consent.
They sold me a phone and the phone's been good but the screen protector they had me try out for the Pixel 6 pro did not work at all with the fingerprint scanner and I didn't have time to return it. So now I have a $50 screen protector that doesn't work haha
We had Kristian and she was outstanding. She went through all the available options from devices, service plans and savings potential. My daughter is very happy, and I am equally grateful for what looks like a plan that has additional offerings at the same current rate. Thank you Kristian
