For a long time this place was great, appointments within two weeks! We go in to get info to have all teeth pulled and get dentures. They have all the top pulled and all the molars on the bottom. We go back to get started with the dentures… there’s a sign in the door that says “closed until further notice” No call to patients to let them know! They have been closed for roughly two months now! Never have they tried to reach out, can’t get our records! Had to find a new dentist and basically start over. We got his dentures two weeks ago with a new dentist. Mind you, we started this process around Thanksgiving!
I had a appointment at 10am, sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes, not sure what for since I was the only person there. Then finally I was in the chair and the dentist looked confirmed that my wisdom tooth was coming in. Told me to take Advil and brush my teeth. Said we would have to reschedule to come back for x rays. I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes and then left. With nothing done, my mouth still in pain. The staff seemed very short and not happy to be there. I don’t blame them I wouldn’t want to be there ether!
My first time with this dental practice was very positive! I was scheduled as an emergency and had a tooth pulled which would freak anyone out but the dentist made it a very positive experience. I will definitely go back in the future!
I use to hate the dentist because when i was a little girl a male dentist pull one of my back teeth and it was a bad experience every time my family talk abouth the dentist i dislike the conversation, now that im grown-up i started to have discomfort on my wisdom teeth and it was a most go to the dentist because it was to much the pain, i ended up coming here and let me tell you, I Highly recommend this place. Very clean and wonderful staff they make you feel so comfortable, the doctor is so nice! Doctor and staff will make sure you feel good before starting anything! I had my two wisdom teeth pull out the same day! I didn't feel a thing!! Doctor made sure i didn't feel nothing and relaxed! It was the best experience i had ever had! Whit that being said i no longer dislike the dentist Thanks to this facility
I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I made an appointment. Looked at them while waiting. Sat for 15 minutes before being called to the window, then I tell her my name. She tells me my appointment was yesterday. I know this is not the case because Tuesday was the only day I could do it and it is in my calendar. This probably could have been remedied if they did appointment calls and would have saved me from wasting my time. At least I know now.
Excellent service at 1st but still waiting on partial dentures. They seem to be closed, there are no cars in lot and phone goes to mailbox full.
Just got done having two teeth extracted and I have to say Dr T and his assistant made it an amazing experience. Honestly I wish that I would've had experiences like this in the past! I wouldn't have been so scared to go for regular checkups... Gentle hand and so nice!!!!
My first visit here wasn't so bad. However, the facility was extremely run-down and there was no doors or even privacy curtains on any of the exam rooms, so other patients would just walk past and see you being worked on. I had a follow up appointment scheduled the next week after, and when I arrived, nobody was at the facility and the doors were locked. I tried calling multiple times and got no answer. I waited 30 mins to see if someone would show up or if I could get in the building and nobody ever came, so I went home. I never want to come back. So unprofessional.
Great experience!!!!! I had a tooth extracted and was very very very nervous. The staff made me very comfortable Dr. T was beyond excellent! Deja & Sada we’re very comforting and reassuring that my partial tooth extraction3/11/22! Deja & Sada were great! Thanks ladies! Keep up the good work! Dr. T thank you for the painless service! Great customer service! Very experienced! A+++++ I had a cavity filled today3/28/22 without any novocaine or whatever they use! 100% painless cavity filling!
Dr O is absolutely awesome, calming!! Kim the hygienist will talk with you, teach you, and is so super good and very nice! Did a great job!! All staff decreased my anxiety and made the experience of dentistry so much better for me! Thank you!!!
