Been dealing with brokers for about 4-5 years and this one main location has the WORST customer service.The lady on 5/17/2019 @5PM has the worst attitude like if she HATES her job or if the owner is not treating her right. I will NEVER recommend one of my customer to this establishment. Either get more people or REPLACE HER SIMPLE!

I received a good rate, but when I came in to purchase Auto insurance the quote increase somehow it changed , I’m not satisfied with the explanation., I’m not returning., I do not recommend.

I have been doing business with Wise for the past 15 years, great service by the team there I would definitely recommend them.

These guys gave insurance to someone that stole my identity... And try to bill me in the processes after I already informed them that I never got insurance from them, so either they're stealing the identities or they don't know what doing

Why have a drive up window in an area where cars cant get out!? Im over this insurance company
