I’m blown away by the quick responses I get from this company. I feel like I matter. Full disclosure I am obviously a renter but I also work in property management and I’m truly disappointed sometimes in the lack of customer service shown from people who share my profession. I don’t leave many reviews but felt it was so important for my fellow renters to know… We recently moved into the house we’re renting now after dealing with one of the worst property management companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with… We rented this house through a different property management group and wise move took over shortly after. The transition has had some hiccups which is to be expected. The former property management group failed to notify us properly which left a lot of confusion for us when April rent came around. I was frustrated at first and visibly upset by the time I made it to their office to pay rent but the front desk employee was professional and calm despite everything. I emailed the Denice and her reply was prompt, transparent and professional. I have dealt with the worst of worst and the best of best with property management companies and I sincerely feel like we are in good hands.
Horrible. The absolute worst. Denice specifically. She unjustly charged us cleanup fees on this old house which is completely ridiculous considering we lived there with a porch that was covered in black mold. Great for our new born I'm sure. She then tried to derail us from buying a house by not responding to our lenders phone calls. Contact me if you'd like more info or need help with a lawsuit, more than happy to help! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. 100% Awful.

This company cares and the service is great the manager is a good person he listens and fixes issues fast and honest I been here for 4 motnhs not going no were soon love the secured building. The people are great tenants and the wise move property management is a very good rental company for CLARK WA wish there was more company like this one.
Jana and her team have given me the best service! They helped get the place repaired and looking nice for marketing. They screened tenants so a nice family moved in. When a tree fell onto the roof on a Sunday, they responded immediately, getting the repairs done quickly and for a decent price. Landlord tenant laws are complicated and frequently change, so I’m happy to have a pro manage my rentals and deposit a check into my account every month.
Denise and Jana are great service providers. Their respond time is fast, and they work on making things happen the best way possible. We highly recommend their services. Konca and Memo
Let just say the owner considers withholding information and out right lies as “miscommunication”. Flat out dishonest!
