Women in Search of Excellence (WISE) is a mentorship program for the female students of Northern Virginia Community College designed to empower women and improve their self-esteem through professional and academic enrichment and self-advocacy. This program promotes diversity, cultural awareness, sisterhood, and civic responsibility through the participation in community service, social, professional development, and academic enrichment events and activities.
