some kids call this airport park because you can see all the planes leaving from the airport from here. Lots of lawn, lots of parking, no shade on the big kid playground but some for the littles playground. Has a special swing for kids under 5 that can't use a regular swing. I love that the little kids playground is right next to the big kids playground so I can have kids at both playgrounds and just stand between them and see both. Has walls all around the playground that are perfect for sitting on while you're watching the kids. No water fountain and no bathroom though.
Great park, clean, small and quaint. Plenty of parking and a nice smooth walkway or bike path. Next to the airport so you can watch planes take off and land. Perfect for the little ones. No sandbox, has woodchips and that soft spongy playground material so no one gets hurt if should take a spill. Large grassy areas to sit and relax and social distance while getting fresh air. People all practicing safety first wearing masks and giving each other space. Kids even wearing masks. A+++ Petaluma approved!
I like this park near the Petaluma airport. It’s got nice trails, parking along the city roads, water fountain, bathrooms, soccer fields and b-ball field and a playground. a Very dog friendly area. The kids can bike around on the paved trails and watch the aircraft fly nearby.
Awesome place for kids to play baseball, nice restrooms, pretty good parking and there’s lots a Hawks in the fields was able to watch a Northern Harrier, Red-tailed Hawk and a Red-shouldered hawk during my kids baseball game …
Great park for the whole family. There's a playground for the kids. The pathway is a nice distance for walking or jogging. The fields are kept nice and not a lot of dog poo to watch out for. There are restrooms here too. The kids always love seeing the airplanes land and take off next door at the airport.
There is a baseball field and grassy areas to walk your dog off leash .. It feels more like an open space that is trying to be a park. There is a great path that meanders thru the grass with some trees which makes it nice for walking.
Long strip of a park along side the airport. Small play structure for the kids is well done. Two soccer fields also acts as a water basin. Great place to play with foam toys, run, and throw. Walking path with benches goes through it but does not provide any covered picnic tables.
I live close to Wiseman Park. It is a neighborhood park. There is a playground on the premises there are plenty of open fields.
It gets crowded at time but like that it has two play grounds for the little ones.
This is a cute little park near the airport it has a soccer field Playground: The playground is nice it has monkey bars, slides, and climbing structures Restrooms: The restrooms are ok they where locked for awhile do to covid but there open again Dog-friendliness: This park is really pet friendly
