Very clean and honest people, they have the best service.
the lady working here is rude, not helpful. flirts with men constantly. she claims not to have soap on thursdays due to delivery taking a while.. she gave a women hours after a bucket of soap. she's a horrible worker. she doesn't like helping when asking for advice
My go to place to wash! Kimberly is always there to help and does a great job! She's always so nice and always is cleaning making sure that everyone there is good and willing to help! I appreciate her PLUS it's affordable :
They have the worst customer service I have ever known! The lady named Estela, she is a worker, was so rude and unprofessional to my mom on 1/27/19. It wasn’t the first time either. My mom got TWO pieces of paper towels to clean the table to fold the clothes because it was so dirty! When Estela saw my mom she said “why are you grabbing two paper towels because I pay for them, you owe me 70 dollars” my mom was mad! And when my mom asked for the owners phone number, she said she will give it to her, then when my mom was finishing folding the clothes she asked Estela for the number and she didn’t give it to her! Then today my mom asked the other cleaning lady and she didnt give her the owners number either! How convenient that neither workers had the owners number! So in case of an emergency they won’t contact the owner? I don’t recommend wasting your money here!!
My new laundry spot! Always clean which is a must for me!, plenty of machines that are easy to use and the ladies there are friendly and ready to help if I need anything. I've also dropped off items for fluff and fold when I didn't have time to do it myself and they did a great job - even ready sooner than they quoted and my items smelled fresh and were folded nicely. This spot is a hidden gem!
This laundry mat is terrible. They have upgraded machines, but with upgrades come a higher price. Its not a drastic increase but enough to notice. They have a "Free Dry" promotion but its on select dryers and its hard to know which ones. The one with the 12 they say. To top it off, half their machines are down the ones with all the tape and people are waiting to try to snag one. The other dryers you have to pay for. I dont understand how its a free dry when you still have to pay? Nice place, been coming here for years, but not worth coming anymore. I write this as im during laundry, waiting for a dryer to free up....
Worst experience everytime I go. Im a young black man, even though my race shouldnt matter i feel like it does. Everytime i go in the older hispanic lady with glasses and blonde hair makes me feel unwelcomed. Just today i went there at exactly 8:30 to do 1 load of clothes. Even though there were other people inside doing laundry i was told by the older hispanic lady that the laumdry mat was closed. I begged the lady if i could just wash my 1 load of clothes because the SIGN OUT FRONT SAYS OPEN TIL 10:00. Even though i begged, even though there other people who were doing laundry, even though i got there an hour an a half before it closed i was still denied. What makes it worse is the fact that she didnt tell none of the hispanic customers inside that they were closed or closing but she made sure she told the ONLY black peraon in there that "were closed". This isnt the first time something like this happened amd its always with the same older hispanic female with glasses and blonde hair. It really sucks that something as simple as doing laundry can make feel uncomfortable just because the person or people there make you feel that way. Im a very good person at heart, i work hard, i take care of my kids and respect everyone regardless of differences but honestly everytime i walk in this place its like blacks arent welcomed. I could be on here complaining about the machines, i could be complaining about the prices, but for me the problem is a racial one because that how THIS PLACE makes me feel. I hope a solution is found because no one should feel this way
Great laundromat! One of the owners laughs at me because I accidentally pay for the dryer Every time, but it's free and you don't need to pay to dry. Most the washer take card, only some of the smallest washers are coin only. Side note: the owners of Wishy Wash Coin Laundry are not the owners of the same named Wishy Wash Car Wash half a mile away. Mystery solved.
I feel very upset since a week ago I went to wash and everything was messy dirty and a bad customer service called my attention not to see mrs. that for many years I work there I learned that I no longer work there so I understood why the disorder because this worker was always attentive to everything that hurts for that detail I will not go.
Very clean and comfortable. Machines always work... I usually go Thursday nights and the young lady is always willing to help if there's any confusion.
