I got to drop in at Withrow Springs State Park on my way to a conference. This is a hidden gem in Arkansas and a great place to stop for quick visit or to camp and enjoy it a bit longer. I took an hour or so to do some hiking, immersing myself in the ambiance and fresh air. The park offers a variety of trails suitable for all skill levels, so whether you're a seasoned hiker or a beginner, you'll find the perfect path to explore. One of the highlights was the spring water emerging from s small cavern, listening and watching it trickle over a few rocks. I got a few moments to simply listen and enjoy the serenity. The park is also equipped with picnic areas, campsites, and a visitor center.
This is a beautiful destination for a motorcycle ride and picnic. The area is well maintained and the water is nice and cool. This is a place I will return to. “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6
Very peaceful & quiet campsites. The springs are very green & flowing pretty good now! Very nice park!

We love camping at Withrow Springs State Park. It's close to our house and the perfect little quiet getaway. Zero cell service in the campground and that's a bonus to us. We can just be present. The campground is small, clean, very well maintained and if you're a tent camper it's seriously the best tent loop I've ever seen at campground. There is a swimming pool that's open in the summer. There's a beautiful day use area by the spring. A playground at the day use area. Trails in the park and War Eagle Creek is right there as well. There are kayak rentals nearby to float War Eagle creek too.
Clean campgrounds, spacious campsites, friendly people. We enjoyed our stay much. We found hiking trails within an hour. There's a pool and nice playground and good trails on the grounds. No cell service.
We camped at Withrow Springs for eight nights. Enjoyed the trails have to watch for ticks, it is the south in the summer. The park has a swimming pool and playground along with very nice picnic areas. The ladies in the visitor center went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loved this park and campground, clean, quiet nice size spots.
Great place for camping. The sites are shady and have full hook-ups.. There is a lot of privacy at the sites. The grounds are very quite and clean. Lots of room for games, walking, hiking, riding bikes and swimming!!! Lots of chiggers so bring some OFF and put it ON!
We were able to get a beautiful and secluded walk in tent spot. Clean bathrooms.
