When I politely reported at register “the ladies room on left needs attention,” it seemed she smirked. So, I detailed the actuality with, “There’s no toilet paper and the floor needs mopping.” She said she’d probably just close it up, the stock boy probably didn’t do it last night. And, “Several people have told me that.” When someone checks, they will find it deplorable. No toilet paper. Urine on floor. Soiled paper towels on floor. And, signs on the short beer 6 packs instructed they should not be broken up with “individuals up front.” Up front I only found talls. I went through twice. The ice in the iced beer had melted. I wish I had waited for Buccee’s.
Great little country store the pizza from here is always good. The workers are always friendly have been going here for years.
Always very friendly but get there early if you want fresh food.
I'd have to say this is one of the worst has stations I've been in. A worker named Haleigh showed poor customer service and had the worst attitude. If it wasn't for her more competent workers, Kenzie and Berry I would of left 0 stars. After hearing such good things from this gas station I am very disappointed. Would never come again if that employee is there.
Been coming here for almost 8 months. Love their tacos and burgers. Plan my work schedule to come at least once a day. Spend at least a thousand in fuel and hundred in inside purchases a week. Customer service is great and I want to continue coming here until my work is relocated but with the change in tacos most likely I will stop coming here
I was biulding a pump station near the area in 2019, and for the 7 months that I was there I waa always greeted with a smile. The food is good the service is 100%. I bought myself a hat this is one of the best gas stations I ever been to.
Best employees in Brazos Valley. Always courteous and willing to help
They get milk wholesale, so why triple retail price.
