I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any patient who needs needs fast and efficient medical attention. The lady at the front desk was so nice, she provided me with directions and information over the phone about the process of being seen. She presented herself well with all the patients waiting to be registered and was very welcoming.
If zero stars was an option id submit that instead. Waited 4 hours for my script to be sent next door. Then today they won’t send my paperwork to doctors office so I can get further medical attention. 2 days of feeling like absolute garbage, tell me how 4 doses of amoxicillin would make my strep throat spread and make my other symptoms worse!!! Do your job and look out for your patients as medical professionals! Don’t waste your time going here
I've been here twice and pretty much was in and out both times. Always very thorough and friendly. I wish I caught the receptionist's name today because she is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel so welcome and cared about!
This is now my second time at this Immediate Care and I can honestly say other than the receptionists attitude.. everyone behind that door is SO friendly and Amazing it’s unbelievable. I would especially like to thank Briteni who goes above and beyond to make sure I feel better! She is honestly such an asset to this place!! Dr.Michael was also soo friendly and amazing! You could tell how caring he was and how much he wanted to make sure I was okay. I wish I could give these guys 10 Stars, but’s it’s so unfortunate that because of the receptionist I have to give them 4/5 stars because of how unwelcoming and rude her behavior is with patients. She needs to understand people don’t come to immediate care for “fun” they are in fact in need of medical help and should be welcomed in a way that they don’t feel even more sick. Other than that, A HUGE thank you to Briteni, she is AMAZING!!
WARNING, do not go to this place, they will bill you directly and make it your problem to contact your insurance to pay the bill. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I had to pay the $500 bill out of pocket so it wouldn’t hit my credit. $500 just to check a soar throat. Was promised insurance covered all of it, then they never contacted my insurance and asked me to have them contact them instead. They Didn’t even enter my authorization number or try to contact my insurance .
First experience 3 stars. Just needed a Covid test. Unfortunately, there was a big emergency that lasted over an hour overlapping my visit, but I understood. Staff is overall nice, however if I didn’t speak up about the nurses calling me back they would have only known I was “awaiting results” when in actuality I wasn’t even seen yet. There was a woman nurse that gave me somebody else’s ID card and their insurance card! Major miscommunication, but she was extremely kind. I will give them the benefit of the doubt due to the emergency they had to deal with… just hope that this isn’t an every day crisis for them.
I don’t think I have ever left a review for any sort of corporation but I made sure that I took the time out of my day to leave a review for this health care facility and to WARN others to not come here. Not only am I disgusted by the other reviews in which it is prominent that whomever is working the front desk has been a blatant issue for the passed 5 months just from what I’ve gathered from these reviews, but to know that issue has not been resolved and it is a reoccurring issue is shameful. The woman working the front desk had a snarky attitude from the moment we walked into the building. She mumbled under her breath, making fun of my symptoms and continued to forcefully rip my photo ID and insurance card from my hand. I left the facility and didn’t even receive care from the providers because I was so baffled at the audacity of this woman at the front desk. I then proceeded to call back to speak with an office manager and she refused to give any of his information. Wouldn’t provide me a name, give me his voicemail and told me he was not in the office today. I had to call a different location to get the office managers contact information and the woman at the other location knew who I was taking about!!! That should say something the office manager ended up calling me back and was equally as rude as the woman I had the initial run in with. He was completely unsympathetic and rude. All he said was “I wasn’t there what would you like me to do” As a woman who has worked in health care for a majority of my life I am so appalled that people like this are taking care of or not in this case of our sick and elderly. This office and the staff has a complete disregard for patient safety and needs and it’s clear that nothing is being done on the patients behalf due to the fact that it is clearly an ongoing issue. They should be ashamed of themselves and how they are rubbing this facility.
I was assisted by Michael and his energy was infectious. He made me feel super comfortable and safe. He was great!
Wonderfully professional from start to finish. There was only 1 intake coordinator to answer busy phones and continuous walk ins. She handled it all with calmness and professionalism. The nurse and doctor in the back were very patient oriented. I would definitely go there again if the need arose. Kudos to the whole team!
I came here to see if I had an ear infection. The front desk staff isn’t very friendly. The woman that I spoke to was upset that I didn’t make an appointment because of my respiratory symptoms. I didn’t really have any at that point. She put me on the list but wasn’t happy about it. While I waited in my car I just got appointments and they didn’t have any until later in the week. They gave me a Covid test any way, which is fine but not what I was there for. I had to wait a long time listening to them chit chat at the nurses/doctors station before anyone came in. The doctor was nice enough, but sent me away with the “it’s just a virus” bit even though id been sick for weeks at that point. Fine, I get it, it probably is a virus. But then he prescribed something that was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I filled out forms with my pharmacy address and told the woman at the front desk my pharmacy and watched her right it down.
