Here at WOC Fitness we train on the best equipment available! Hammer Strength, Cybex, BOSU, Reebok Core Board..the list is endless! Our trainers are hold a Personal Training Certification and are current in CPR and AED. We have trainers that also specialize in yoga, pilates, kids fitness, rehabilitation, sports conditioning, speed and agility and event preparation.

We have pride in our clean club, friendly front desk staff, trainers and instructors. We offer over 50 classes a week. Stop by! We would love to show you around.

What a great club! Kim taught a fantastic Zumba Class. Then when I decided to stay for the also fantastic yoga class, I asked if I could buy a shirt because mine was soaked from Zumba. They told me they didn't sell shirts, but I could have one! I was just there for a one time drop. I highly recommend this club. Its not huge, but very clean and very friendly. Keep up the great work!
Best gym around. Truly caring people. Open 24/7 over 10 classes a day on location and in Ocean Pines all included in the affordable membership. Drop in and seasonal membership are also available.
The only reason why i got the membership was because of the 24 hour open claim and i got a "good deal" because i was a student. But honestly this place isn't worth it at all. Most of they're equipment is either run down or broken. The bathrooms are unkempt. And there never seems to be a manger on site. I had a contract with the them and my memebership was suppose to end in March. I stopped showing up but they kept charging me. I was never informed that I was "grandfathered in" until I emailed them asking them why I'd been charged all this time. I talked to a person named Bonnie and their solution wasn't to refund me but to cancel my memebership, but only if I wanted to. I decided that I did, but I never got a response from them when I emailed them back. When I called a week later to see what was going on because my card was charged, a reoccuring issue with them they said that my membership had been canceled. I asked why they cancelled my mambership but charged me for it, and there response was that I needed to talk to the manager and she would help me. Now I'm trying to get in contact with the manager and I've tried everything. I've called multiple times, and I've gone to the gym itself even though it's an hour away from where i live just to talk to this "manager". She's either not there or convientintly just left right before I get there or when i call the gym. I've even gotten the "she'll be here tomorrow" from an employee and when I call the day she's "supposedly there" I get a "she won't be here until Monday" and "I have no clue what time she'll be here". I guess they just need all the money they can get. So yes, if you think it's too good to be true, trust me it is. Better to go to a place where they're more expensive, but a whole lot more honest with your money. ‍
I would like to thank everyone at WOC for all of their services and going above and beyond every day to help out those of us who need help with training and fitness. I love the new training room, all of the group classes, and individual attention I get from the entire staff. It has a very comfortable atmosphere which helps to keep me motivated.
It's the worst gym I've ever been to. There service is terrible. No one is ever there and when you want to cancel your gym membership no one ever calls you back. This is very frustrating and very unprofessional. Wouldn't even waste your time going to this gym. There's better ones like powerhouse. The lady told me to keep calling and trying to get ahold of someone. Like what kind of service is that?
Absolutely amazing experience! Went for a bachelorette weekend and started at WOC fitness for Yoga with Liz. The staff was welcoming and so nice and Liz kept the class fun! I highly recommend!
Would not recommend ANYONE going to this gym. Horrible customer service. My membership has been up 5 months ago and out of nowhere I get charged $224 from them. They refuse to cancel your membership. It tAkes about 2 months go even get a response from them.
Worst customer service of all time!!!! Charged my account 3 months after my year long membership was over and I asked mulitiple times by email and on there website to be removed from there membership. I would never recommend this place to anyone.... Small gym, really weird atmosphere and not much going for it. Thanks for nothing!
Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff. Judgement free zone. Reasonably priced. Great classes.
If you’re looking for a functional gym to work out in, this place is ideal. Friendly staff, variety of equipment and not too busy.
