First time going into a furniture store versus buying online. The staff at Wolf Furniture was awesome. They were friendly and polite. Especially our salesman John Polojac. He was not over bearing and was very patient. He listened to every concern and preference we had. We were able to get exactly what we wanted at a surprisingly affordable price. My wife and I highly recommend this store.
We bought a 3 piece sectional couch. Time frame for delivery was perfect and right on target. It was delivered in the time frame we were told and the delivery guys were extremely nice and very careful when they brought it in the house. They took the time to make sure there were no issues with the furniture after it was brought in. Patrick, the salesman, was very nice and explained everything in detail. The price was way better than the other furniture stores in the area. If there is an issue with furniture, it was always been that you have to talk to the manufacturer, no matter where you buy the furniture from, so not sure why people are even surprised by that. Delivery fee is better than what we have had to pay in the past. There are no hidden fees that people have posted in their reviews. I just purchased an "as is" table and that is the same as buying a car "as is"...you are purchasing at your own risk. I will definitely be going back and buying my furniture from Wolf's.
Worst experience iv had for just scheduling a delivery. Showed up an hour before they were supposed to. Wasn't home. Bad communication skills. Few emails and multiple phone calls. Stopped in twice. Nobody knows what's going on with your order. Our 2 couches were supposedly in a warehouse they no longer use for 2 month's. Tried challenging me twice about using their store credit and saying I couldn't take delivery until it was paid like a cash deal. Didnt put our information into the system so all they had to go by was my email. Almost delivered it to my parents house because of that. Just not impressed. The time frame given to us when we bought it was nowhere close. Wife scheduled her surgery so the new couches would be here and on the first floor so she wouldn't have to use steps. Got rid of one of the couches and the other in storage expecting these things to show up from what I thought was a company that had a decent reputation. Good luck if you use them. Maybe it was just this store. or it could be a company wide problem.
We had a wonderful experience at Wolf's in Mechanicsburg Pa. Great customer service and our sales rep Beth Andersen is awesome we met her on Sunday she gave us a quote and we came back today Monday Columbus Day she took her time with us to help match a fabric from another small barrel chair I bought somewhere else a month ago so we could have a great match with the new furniture couch and love seat. Also after we were doing all the paperwork back at customer service those ladies were great also. Lots of beautiful furniture and a great place to buy quality items. Check them out!!!
Purchased living room suit couple years back and took 6 months to get the pillows that came with it. We thought we would give them another chance and purchased a mattress and recliner. Delivered mattress last week brought it in house and had a big dirt stain in middle.wanted to send some one out to clean it.we made them take it back.told me would take two weeks for another.now today was supposed to be delivered 10:30 to 12:30.just got automated call saying my delivery is 12:45 to 2:45 now.we will never recommend wolfs or purchase another thing there!we are done.going to Ashley's.
Came in on Saturday, April 21st after canceling a bed purchase at another furniture store. From the moment we came in, Su, met with my husband and I to help in our purchase. Our original intent was to just look around. By the end of our visit, we had purchased what we wanted. Su was a fantastic sales person. There was absolutely no pressure. She made the buying experience very enjoyable. The terms we wanted to make the sale complete was also agreed upon. Would definitely work with them again! Excellent experience!
We got our couch from here after visiting what felt like every other furniture store in the area. It was the last stop, and I was DONE. The people here were nice, but NOT PUSHY. Thank God. AND THEY HAD FOOD AND WATER AND SNACKS FOR MY KID. I was able to revive, my kid chilled out for a second and we were able to get a couch because of something so simple. When we upgrade to our next place, I am starting here!
0 stars wasn't an option. Refurnished my whole house with the Guardsman protection plan. 8,500 spent I'm still paying on. Wolfe's doesn't honor the warranty yet they promote it and the warranty company refers you back to the store. I filed a claim within the required 30 days of noticing a huge ink stain on my brand new sofa. 6 months later someone from guardsman came out to my house and couldn't get the stain out. He called his boss and they agree the ink had set and all the cushions needed replaced because the man had smeared this stain to other cushions. A year went by no new cushions and and Icontinue to get the run around from both Guardsman and Wolfe's. Worst customer service ever and I would like to have a refund for the warranty I'm not getting. Never again Wolfe's
Wow! Poor service. I know this is long, but I bought a pretty expensive dining room furniture set and paid for them to deliver it which is not cheap on top of a couple thousand dollars we spent there already. They scratched my dining room floor when they delivered my table and chairs.. Then from the dining set- four out of six chairs were wobbly. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a repair person to come they wouldn't replace them because we had signed the paper when the delivery guys came. The "repair man" came and literally just stuck felt pads yes plural. He just stuck pads on top of each other on the bottom of the chairs to 'fix' them from being wobbly. Only noticed this again after he left and was washing the floor. Wow. Had to call and wait ONE MONTH to have the SAME 'repair man' come back with the correct tools he needed to fix my chairs. I am only writing this to warn others of the terrible service and products that was not delivered looking and feeling like what they have on the showroom floor. Buyer beware!
Was just in this store looking for a bed frame with drawers. Instantly we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. We said we were just looking but were followed anyway the whole time by an older man that worked there. He asked us 2 more times in 5 minutes if we needed anything and we felt very uncomfortable, so we left even though we probably were going to purchase something. Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because some of their stuff was nice, but all of the bedroom stuff was overpriced.
