WAAB is a multi-vendor group shop featuring mostly fine antiques with some fun vintage items and quality artisan goods made here in New Hampshire.

Description

Formerly known as the "1810 House Antique Barn", I took over and renamed the Wolfeboro Antiques & Artisan Barn in 2017 from the previous owner, Connie O'Brien. The property was sold by Connie in January of 2017 to Heidi Cogean. Heidi now runs the 1810 House B&B and opened the Winnipesaukee Winery in August of 2017. Currently, the Wolfeboro Antiques & Artisan Barn and the Winnipesaukee Winery share the space in our huge 1760's dairy barn.



"Wolfeboro Antiques & Artisan Barn is a group antique shop with over 40 vendors renting space. We have 5,000 square feet of sales space housed in a two-floor 1760's Dairy Barn. The 1810 House B&B and the Winnipesaukee Winery are also on-site making this an excellent destination for locals and tourists alike!"

Great selection of antiques. Two stories! So many rooms to explore. You could easily spend an entire afternoon here.
Great selection. Reasonable prices. Friendly service.
I will not be recommending this establishment. I was excited to peruse the wonderful selection of antiques and to support local business, but was met with one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had. My father, mother, and I were all searching for various items and we had success. My father, a US Army veteran, was carrying an antique when it fell apart in his hands---and he almost tripped down the stairs in the process. The woman working, did inquire if we were alright, and quickly began saying that everything was fixable. We continued looking for items and when I approached the cash register with a few things, she asked, "What do you plan to do about the set?" to which I responded, that it would most likely be purchased by my parents, but I did not know. As we were wrapping up our visit, I came around the corner to hear the woman screaming at my father. My parents, not knowing that items in the shop were sold by individual vendors, had asked for a discount on the item that had broken. Instead of calmly explaining this, she began arguing with my father and demanding full price. I completely understand that customer service is a challenging job. What I don't understand is why someone would speak to, not only Wolfeboro locals, but senior citizens and veterans, in the manner in which they were spoken. There was a better way to handle this situation. I'm not asking for money back, or saying that my parents overpaid for their items. I'm saying that we all need to be better about how we speak to each other. It's the least we can do.
Very disappointed. My wife and I drove 90 minutes to find they were closed. I would suggest for future publications they state what dates they are open.
What an amazing selection to chose from. So many unique vendors all under one roof. I have never visited and not purchased a new treasure to bring home.
Friendly 2 floor shop that I look forward going to, when in the area. Great setting in an old time dairy barn. Always find a nice treasure to bring home. Great, great selection and even better prices. Happy to recommend
Big group shop, and fun New England stuff. Just duck your head in some of the booths due too low lying beams.
Some great deals, some over priced stuff. Wide variety.
