There are two main facets of Wolfepack Training.
First is the physical training. As a personal trainer I offer private one-on-one training sessions as well as small group trainings (2-7 people per class).
Whether an individual is at a beginner level of fitness or enjoys challenging/extreme workouts, I can provide a workout program that is comprehensive, as well as specifically designed to meet your needs or goals.
If an individual is training for a specific event (i.e., 5k, marathon, wedding party, etc.) or a specific sport, Wolfepack Training can definitely help.
The second facet of Wolfepack Training relates to leadership development. For this part of training, I offer to Joseph Campbell's Heroic Journey model.
The Heroic Journey model is like a key that opens the door to self-exploration and understanding.The Heroic Journey model can help people, from all walks of life, meet life's challenges with confidence.
Physical training includes but is not limited to the following:
