Women's Diagnostic and Wellness Center

I just got back from this facility feeling very frustrated. I went there for a bi-lateral ultrasound procedure and they wanted to collect $436.00 out of pocket stating that my insurance did not cover. When I inquired more about it, the lady who was signing me completely ignored what I was asking, put a bracelete in my arm, meaning if I had not cancelled the appointment, I would be later charged the amount starting a huge snow ball of unnecessary problems with my insurance company. BE CAREFUL WITH THE CORAL SPRINGS FACILITY. I will never go back there in my life. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LADY. SHE IS THE ONE WHO ASKS YOU TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK BEFORE THE PROCEDURES. She is there to fill in paperwork and does not care about the consequences you will have for dealing with your insurance company. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU GO THERE.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They helped me make appointments and called me to confirm. Nice atmosphere.

Honestly I have never seen anything like this - hopefully you never need your images - I have spent 2 hours on the phone and all they do is give you the run around.

Broward Health Woman’s Center has the most caring employees. The front office is efficiently run with on time scheduled appointments and a quick check in process. Everyone makes sure you are well taken care of and made to feel very comfortable. The office is also beautifully decorated with a calm reading area including complimentary coffee and water. They have a very comfortable state of the art curved mammogram machine as well. I highly recommend Broward Health Women Center Coral Springs.

I've been trying to make a biopsy schedule for over 1 week, the phone service is terrible, every time I called I was on hold for almost 10 minutes, the attendants are extremely rude. I once spoke to an attendant in Spanish, extremely rude! We are going through a delicate situation, and the minimum that is expected is a fast and good service.. Very bad, I don't recommend it!

My mother is always nervous when it's time to get her mammogram. The staff at BHCS Women's Center take incredible care of her putting her fears at ease form the moment she arrives. She complimented their new smart curve paddles saying it was a more comfortable mammogram. A special Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of my mother.

Broward healths womens center coral springs was amazing. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The women there were extremely nice and helpful. They made my experience which is usually an uncomfortable one very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them and I do to everyone in need of their services.

Echoing previous reviewers sentiments regarding the rude receptionist. I work in healthcare and have seen my share of less than friendly front desk workers, however every interaction with Linda was filled with rude, judgmental remarks from her. She made her complete disdain at my arrival time well known to me when I checked in. I was 5 mins early, however this wasn't up to her expectation of 15 mins early. Then when I was checking out she almost yelled at me about "why don't you just set up a patient portal?!" instead of come in to get my results. I cannot believe the lack of compassion and lack of professionalism this woman displayed. I have never written a review, good or bad, in my life and I am disheartened to feel compelled to write a negative one, but I have never had such a poor patient-caregiver interaction in my life. I hope this can be remediated, however I'm sure my complaint will fall on deaf ears. I will not be returning to this location for any future services.

The phone receptionists are extremely rude and hang up before I finished. Several transfers to make a simple appointment. Answering the phones and customer service is part of your job!

These people have no regard for our time. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and they couldn't care less
