So far everyone has been so nice and respectful. Tanya Benson did my first ultrasound and she was so amazing, kind, and made our experience fun! Also Dr. Brittany is amazing. With me being high risk I feel so comfortable with this practice and I can’t wait to continue my journey with them.

I had a routine exam with Dr. Pickett recently and my experience was a little off-putting. She seemed to be in a rush. She didn't even warn me of when the exam was going to start. She just inserted the speculum without saying anything. Ive never had such an uncomfortable exam, until now. This is upsetting because I've been going to this office for the past 6 years. I've moved over an hour away and still book appointments here because it's where I feel the most comfortable. I hope this was just a one-off experience. On the flip side, Dr. Carson  is truly amazing! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Carson is very personable and makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend that happens to be a doctor. She listened to my issues and address them all while trying to work within the constrains of insurance which I am grateful for. She’s a great doctor and I will definitely be seeing her again.

This has been bothering me since the day it happened and I can’t seem to over it. I found out I’m currently pregnant on 10/28/22. I am an established patient at the Cowan Blvd location. When I called in to schedule an appointment I was told the office could not accommodate me based on my projected due date of late June early July 2023 Because the providers are only able to deliver twenty babies per month. I see the owner has responded to a lot of these reviews so I’m curious to know just how accurate this is because babies don’t have time limits they come into the world when they want and this is a form of denial of care.

I have been going to this office for 4years and have had absolutely no issues with any of the staff. They are amazing. I have gone through a c-section and hysterectomy. They always listen and fully explain if you have any type of questions.

Dr. Chang is awesome.  He takes the time to explain things in a way that is understandable and helpful.  It is refreshing to have a doctor look at you when they speak to you and actually listen to your questions and concerns.  The nurse was also fantastic, I apologize that I cannot remember her name right now, but she was great.  Thank you to the whole team, they made what could have been an uncomfortable and painful experience one that was not at all.  Look no further this is the place to go.

I booked my first appointment with Brittany Wiseman because of all the great reviews around her and I was not disappointed! The receptionist forgive me, I didn’t get her name! was very sweet and patient with me and my bad habit of constantly stumbling over myself. Kara I think that’s how you spell it was very kind and set the atmosphere which made me feel super comfortable in such a scary environment. For me, anyway. And of course, Ms. Wiseman was very thorough, detailed, and understanding of all of my concerns and questions. I had a wonderful experience while I was terrified. I 100% recommend this practice; especially to those who struggle with approaching these appointments.

My experience at WHSC has been extremely pleasant. The nurses, Drs, and nurse practitioners have always been warm and welcoming. My prenatal care with them has gone very well. I never feel like they keep me waiting for too long for appointments. I’d highly recommend them!

Dr Chang is a fantastic healthcare provider. He has great bedside manner, is thorough discussing options. The treatment I received greatly improved my condition. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable.

This rating is solely for the front desk, my doctor is absolutely worth more than 5 stars. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, the front desk will  reschedule you without asking the doctor if he/she/they would be willing to still see you or not. I contacted the front desk at 2:49pm to say I would be late past the 15 minutes grace period.  The response I received was basically “15 minutes is 15 minutes, and those 15 minutes are a courtesy”. My appointment was on 10/24/2022 at 3:15pm and as I am on the phone with the manager Erica, I arrive to the parking lot at 3:31pm. Erica enforced the policy  and refused to allow me to attend the appointment literally over ONE minute. I was originally told my doctor would not have availability until early December, but they were able to schedule me for 10/31/2022 at 2:00pm.  If you’re self sufficient, the front desk staff is very polite but the days you need a little extra help, they act terribly inconvenienced.
