The first time I called I asked if this was the OB/GYN office and the woman said, "They're in this building." I thought maybe somehow the OB/GYN office had mistakenly listed the buildings property managers number instead of theirs and I asked if she had a direct number for the office. She gave me the Morristown Medical Center phone number, so no help there. I called again the next day and this time another woman told me that, yes, this is the right number and she's not sure why I was told otherwise. They book appointments three months out minimum, even if you let them know you're pretty sure you just had a miscarriage. They pick up the phone and immediately hang up has happened several times. They make you wait a few months for your appointment, then a week before, they call and say they have to reschedule you another couple months out. I am so happy I never have to deal with them again. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating patients with such callous disregard. I hope they wise up.
Awful experience! Instead of the doctors being helpful and educating younger women they give snarky remarks and nasty looks whenever I had asked any sort of question whether that was about birth control, discharge, or my period. Will be looking for a different office asap.
The worst experience I could of ever had. The front staff are not compassionate. I was late to my appointment because I gave birth that same week they insisted I had to come in. I had the worst labor and delivery, could barely walk but they refused to reschedule my appointment. They didn't have the window closed so I overheard the front staff running their mouths about patients, and I was one. Next time, be more considering of people who literally gave birth 5 days prior and you refused to reschedule. I found a different OBGYN not affiliated with horrible Newton Hospital and couldn't be happier.
Horrible office staff. The One receptionist is super rude to me every time I go there. And since I've been going here I've had nothing but issues. Definitely don't recommend.
I didn't even make it to the midwife for my pap. I see why this place has 2 stars. For an office who's BUSINESS is scraping cervixes and telling people they have cancer... you couldn't be less compassionate.
Dr. Nadarajah is a phenomenal physician and the only reason I can even give 2 stars. I was sad to leave her as a patient, but happy to leave the practice itself. Pre-covid I saw the nurse practitioner, Holly, who was attempting to force me into forms of birth control I was not comfortable with. I brought my mom, who is an RN, to the appointment with me to help Holly understand that I would not be pressured into other forms of birth control. Post covid: I had been calling the office since last year to book my yearly and they continued to say “call back in 2 months, we are not booking yearly appointments” after 6 phone calls of them telling me they are not scheduling them, but they are fully booked, I decided to leave and I found a great obgyn who wanted to see me and listened to my concerns about birth control.
During my pregnancy i saw Dr. Nadarajah. She was so kind, and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable. I had alot of rough situations and scares during my pregnancy and her kindness helped me through. Now i have my beautiful healthy baby boy. Thank you!
Doctors are great but can’t understand why it takes them days to call and confirm a prescription. Really disappointed
Some of the doctors are nice but they can take a really long time to call your pharmacy back for meds.
I called this place & simply tried to make an appointment but I will NEVER GO now beca6the woman on phone was SO RUDE! So not wasting my time! There's better more professional Drs & staff!
