Everyone was super nice. Even the doctors. I wasn’t told I was going to be charged a new patient charge, even after insurance. I can’t recall the doctor I saw, I came in for an emergency iud removal. She was super nice and all that stuff but the issue I have is she took a look and said “this’ll be easy” didnt give me any warning and pulled it out super fast, practically plucked it out of me like a fish hook. I also didn’t receive an ultrasound afterwords.this was back in november, if I had the choice to see my gyno I would have but she’s been booked until my annual on the 30th of March. Their website is not working so I can’t even pay my bill. WTH

I appreciated how everyone was so kind and welcoming.  What I didn't appreciate was that I was offered a STD test that cost more money. I asked the one inserting the IUD if it was necessary. She advised me it was my choice however for percussion a test should be done because an IUD shouldn't be inserted if a STD is present.  My husband wanted to go ahead and do the test in some off case I contracted something overseas.  When we were checking out and paying for the services, we asked for the results to the test.  Come to find out, the IUD was inserted without the results.  This means that we didn't need to pay $65 for a test.  I didn't appreciate that.  That seemed like a way to squeeze just a little more money out of us and we are self pay.  That bothers me so much that I will not be returning here and I will find a more honest women's care.

My standard of care was lower than what my friends have recieved at charity clinics. Negligent at best, sadistic at worst. Andrew Deutsch left out important information about IUD insertion proceedures, particularly the tenaculum double piercing the cervix to "stabilize" it and risk of vasovagal response. Majorly downplayed the pain I was signing up for. Suggested no legitimate pain management, despite being aware it would be bad. Apparently I handled it better than many other patients, so he knew.  I writhed in pain and swore at him but he never bothered to ask if I was ok and wanted to continue. I nearly lost consciousness. How this can be done in 2022 without any anesthetic suggested is beyond me. OTC pain meds like Advil have been proven completely ineffective for insertion pain in 4 seperate randomized blind experiments.

Been with this practice for 10 years. Delivered both my babies. Would like to give 5 stars because I LOVE my doctor. However, the office availability is horrible. Google and website should be updated to reflect the hours that people actually answer the phone. Even though it says they're open until 1 on Friday, phones are forwarded by noon. Even though it says they're open on Saturday mornings, good luck reaching anyone... again phones are forwarded. Just very poor customer experience.

The practice of Women's Health Specialists is a safe haven for women. In addition to gynecology practice, there are also spa services as well as laser hair removal. Your first visit starts with an office chat with the doctor, where she explains their practice and what they stand for. She will ask you details about your past history and listen very carefully for any concerns. The doctors here specialize in woman's health, so they understand the difficulties your body can exhibit in various stages of life. They don't only look at one thing, they take your whole body into consideration. The office is always clean and staff very friendly. Scheduling appointments can be a challenge, because they're so busy and popular. However, the actual scheduling system they use is great, because it usually takes only 5 minutes to find time that works for both. The only con for this office is that they don't accept online payments.

Everyone there was compassionate and nice. The ultrasound tech and doctor were great. No complaints here.

I been  Dr. Alla Bodner patient for several years.She is very professional, has outstanding quality of medical care, friendly, has a great bedside manners. I highly recommend  becoming Dr Bodner patient.

I have been with WHS for over 26 years. I feel extremely fortunate to have found such a compassionate and educated group of doctors, nurses, technicians and staff. I have gone through a miscarriage,  a high-risk single birth and a high-risk twin birth combined twin baby of 18.4 pounds. This medical group ALWAYS did the safest and best for me and my children. Now, my children are grown and have been patients here themselves. We trust WHS  explicitly!!!  Thank you everyone at WHS for being AWESOME!!

Totally unfriendly staff. They don't care about you as a customer. My wife was scheduled to Dorina Scaunas and had to wait for a month, then she got late for 15 minutes and they turned her over and asked to leave. Then because of different reasons she had to reschedule 2 more times, calling them 1-2 weeks in a advance. At the second time they told her she's not welcome anymore. Beware!!!
