I'm extremely thankful for the girls here. I was in the Emergency Room for 2 days and my primary refused to remove my birth control that was making me ill. They got me in the next day. When I showed up every single person I spoke with was so helpful and made me feel so much better about a bad uncomfortable situation. They gave me tons of knowledge about birth control and was able to help me find something better that won't effect me as much for the future. I left satisfied with a bag full of pamphlets to help me understand everything more. Thank you guys so so much!
Very professional, beautiful facility. Dr. Mooney is very compassionate and was there for me when I needed him. I'm so glad that I decided to have the surgery! Sneezing, coughing, are no longer a problem for me! Can't wait to be as active as I used to be and not have to worry!
I brought my mother into office today for follow up with Dr Mooney. Front office very courteous and helpful. Back office nurse Mia, was exceptionally sweet and explained everything I asked. Thank you Dr Mooney explained to my mom what her future treatment would be and she was very thankful for his compassionate care. She is very happy with Dr Mooney and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to others.
Unprofessional Hanh Cline. She was very unprofessional She was very condescending, talked over me. She talked down to me. I was very respectful for the duration of the appointments I had with her. Her behavior was very disrespectful. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and it made me uncomfortable. She said really hurtful & opinionated comments. And even blamed me for her being late, yet I was sitting in the lobby waiting for them to take me back. Do not go to her.
Took my Mom here after seeing several other practitioners. Dr. Mooney was able to identify and solve my Mom’s issue within minutes! We almost couldn’t believe it but after a few months of following Dr. Mooney’s advice my Mom feels dramatically better! So grateful for Dr. Mooney and his staff is wonderful as well! Never had to wait very long and everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating!
Dr Mooney and staff were absolutely wonderful! I was very nervous going in without my spouse to a male physician, but he talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable throughout. Staff was very helpful and kind as well! I loved that there was no mask-policing/barking either unlike my negative experiences at other doctors offices. I was asked once nicely about my mask, and when I told them about my medical condition, it was respected throughout my visit and no one else pestered me about it for the remainder of my appointment. Just nice people who seem to genuinely care for their patients. Thankful to have found this office!
I spoke with Nicole in management, she made sure to look into my file and see that the situation was as I stated. She apologized on behalf of the staff and ensured that I could come back if I chose to. Dr. Peña and his referral coordinator refuse to accept my calls or call back, they refuse to remove my iud after they knew I had extreme anxiety about this exact situation. Loved my experience with him as my obgyn during my pregnancy, however now all trust has been lost. He placed my iud, and never checked it again. I sent a referral for my iud to be removed, and they’re refusing. Along with other doctors he partners with. It’s been 3 years after they pushed this option and I trusted his words of, “when you’re ready I’ll take it out no problem.” Unprofessional and irresponsible to take advantage of my situation after having my son. Editing to add because I don’t know how to reply, I had called everytime there was a scheduling issue. I did not no call no show and even rescheduled or told them I would wait to reschedule so this didn’t happen. There was no aggression or threats made towards you or your staff. It is extremely unprofessional of you and your staff to try to place blame on a patient who in your own record shows anxiety and depression, as well as PPA AND PPD. As I previously said, I loved my experience with you and your staff before this happened. If your referral coordinator had simply taken my call and discussed with me, this would have been prevented. I have referred women to your office, and would have loved to stay as a patient and gone to the person who I had established care with. Now I am having to drive even further to a new doctor that is willing to do the care you weren’t.
Dr. Mooney is an incredible doctor. He listens and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Before I went into surgery I was apprehensive and had a lot of questions. He spent 45 minutes discussing everything with me. He is gentle, sensitive, and has a great bedside manner. His office staff is great too. They are always kind and helpful. I consider myself fortunate to be a patient here.
I am always impressed by the care I receive here. The office is very clean, the staff is professional and the equipment seems to be state of the art. They are concerned about your personal comfort and perceptions both before and during the exam. Dr. Mooney explains every move he is going to make before proceeding. Dr. Mooney’s chart notes, and his discussion with me regarding the diagnosis was available to me later that day via the patient portal. Perfect!
Absolutely the best! Dr. Mooney has made every appointment very pleasant and professional. I so appreciate his manner and easy way he explains details of my care. He was also very agreeable with having my husband in the room and explaining what was going on with me and very reassuring for both of us. Also the staff are very detailed and friendly making the whole experience positive and confident. I recommend Dr. Mooney and the whole staff without a doubt Thank you again!
