I have been a patient at Women's Integrated since they first opened. My experience has been nothing but exceptional in every way. The doctors and staff have always been responsive, caring, and knowledgeable. I have had top level care and guidance through my pregnancies, child birth, and my own personal health and wellness. Thank you to the Doctor's and their entire team!! I am grateful to have you alongside me as my woman's health practitioners!!

My pregnancy experience was okay, but my postpartum experience was horrible. I experienced bad anxiety. When I get the courage to tell Dr. Wright he offers no help except to call better help a online $200 a month service. I felt even more hopeless afterwards. I struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety for 6 more months. I thought my doctor cared about me. He really let me down.

Never again What a poorly run clinic. I called 5x trying to find out where the clinic was located inside the hospital...no answer. I finally called the hospital itself. When I finally got to the clinic I was 10 minutes late Then it took the yapping receptionist another 5 min to tell me I was late. I explained the problem but she claimed there were no problems with the phones. I had to show her my call history. It took another half hour to get back to the room. I waited 15 minutes in there & left. Pathetic poorly run facility. Staff just sitting around chatting amongst themselves. I walked out & would strongly recommend to NOT go here

I was so pleased with this office upon my first visit.  Dr. McEwan was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  My exam was comfortable and quick, and answered any questions I had with confidence.  Her Medical Assistant, Jessica, is awesome.  The office was very clean and orderly, and my wait time was minimal, during a very busy time.  I will be recommending this office to everyone that I know.  Thank you Jessica and Dr. McEwan!

I had heard that Dr. Thomas Wright was a great doctor and didn't make women jump through hoops just to get the care they wanted. I however did not get to see Dr. Wright, I am also very unsure why as he is who I requested. Nicole Peele is who I ended up seeing. I guess I don't have too many complaints. I'm neither here nor there. Honestly my biggest complaint is that I can never get in touch with anyone in the office. I had an appointment at the beginning of October, and I just now today 11/2 got any kind of response from them. At first they sent me a text with my results, which is nice. But the link to for it is ALWAYS dead. They sent me like four texts like this, all of the links dead. I've been spending the past few weeks trying to call them to no avail. I even started calling other doctors and nobody answered. Multiple different times of the day too. Like I said earlier I finally got a call, to which they told me they'd left me a message about two weeks ago, which is impossible because my voice mail is not set up, but nonetheless I got my results. It just took a super long time.  Edit: this situation has happened again. I am in the middle of trying to reschedule an appointment and am struggling to make contact with anyone. I called earlier this week to reschedule and left a message because obviously I couldn't get in touch with anybody and was called today. Great right? No. The person to called me said they didn't do scheduling but said they'd transfer me to someone who could. Cool cool. Except for the fact that I just got transferred to a phone voice mail. Big surprise there. They literally called me to send me to voice mail. I'm sure the person who called me back didn't have this direct intention, but that's what happened. Ooof.  Edit 2: I went in last Friday Black Friday, so my mistake I guess To leave a urine sample, but they were not open. I normally would have called to even make sure that they were open before wasting gas, but as I've mentioned earlier, calling them never really yields any results. I was given a little bit of attitude, but honestly  I was giving one too, as I'm very frustrated with any attempts to contact this place. The lady that was at the desk asked why I didn't call ahead to see if they were open and I'm sure at this point you can take a pretty good guess, but nevertheless I told her that it's because I can never get in contact with anyone there. She did try to deny that fact, but I was persistent about that if nothing else. She did ask me If I just wanted her to call Nicole to talk about my upcoming appointment and everything, and untimely I just cancelled the whole thing. I don't have time to wait around for them to never call me back, and I don't have money to get hit with a fee because I never showed up to an appointment I tried to reschedule or cancel, but because nobody answers the phone, I'm left with nothing.

Complained about the quality of care I received and being medically gaslit by Keeley who’s vibes are terrible btw & got dropped as a patient next day via phone call. I’m almost halfway through my pregnancy. Also with a neurological referral needed they didn’t even want to still make which could’ve been made to anywhere. Also very close to my anatomy scan which idk when or where that can be scheduled so soon. Careless of them & lacking in empathy. Disgusting to be honest. Makes me worry about how they’d handle someone in birth.  Spare yourself and your babies well-being and find somewhere better to go. What a joke and waste of my time. Also why is it that they can’t handle someone advocating for their healthcare? weird  If I could give 0 stars, I would

Very disorganized.  The lady at the front desk was not welcoming or helpful.  Gave them my insurance and HSA card multiple times.  Still an issue with billing and no detailed statement is available? Dr Lapa was great on the odd chance I got him. Didn't love the others.

Very friendly staff and very well ran office everyone is very helpful and kind.The doctors and nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and helpful in multiple ways more than gynecology. The medical assistants are very sweet and helpful. This office is amazing.

I would not recommend this office. I’ve had the worst postpartum experience with them. If I would not of requested an Ultrasound I would still have remains from my previous pregnancy. I went in today because I’m still not feeling okay after the 2nd D&C and Dr didn’t even do an exam, made me feel like I was paranoid and like it was no big deal, wouldn’t squeeze in an ultrasound at the clinic. I’ve never felt so uncared for. Really disappointed because I had a good experience with them for pregnancy and I love the office ladies.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. I HAVE HAD THE HARDEST TIME FINDING MEDICAL HELP. Not only was the OB I seen today wonderful, but the women at the desks are so kind.They took the time to listen to what was going on, and did everything they could to make sure I was seen A.S.A.P.  I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed at any OB, honestly any medical office, I have ever been too. Cheryl Brophy, is kind, respectful, and very receptive to the concerns you have with your own body. She listens, and does everything she can to understand. She also does an excellent job at making sure any and all questions are answered to the best of her ability as well as taking the time to inform you of what is going on. She even drew me a diagram to show me what she was talking about, asking me if I had questions for her along the way. I will never see another OB again, strictly her. Thank you to Cheryl and Women's Intergrated Healthcare for taking your job seriously and being kind to your patients! I will be recommending you to all of my people.
