Love this practice, especially for prenatal massage! Regina is so knowledgeable and helpful.

I don’t even know where to begin in describing how wonderful my entire experience with Regina has been. First of all I will say that anyone who is pregnant or postpartum in the city of Denver should go see her. I saw her from the beginning of my pregnancy all through the entire nine months – and now postpartum as well. She not only helped with every ache and pain I had in my ever changing pregnancy body but was a miracle worker in figuring out how to get through my excruciating rib pain, moving my breech baby into the best position so I had a better birth experience, and helping me sleep better every single time I saw her. Not only is she the sweetest person to talk to, but she is also a Doula so she always has amazing advice and tips to share at no extra cost. From building my confidence as a new mother, taking care of my body during pregnancy, sharing helpful labor tips and tools, and even now postpartum with breast-feeding etc, she truly has a gift and I’m so happy that she’s a part of my life.  Her office is clean- you can lie on your belly while pregnant with the help of her props which is the best feeling ever, and she’s super flexible and always tried to accommodate last minute emergencies when I desperately needed to get in to see her

The absolute best massage, especially if you are pregnant. Regina’s knowledge and passion for what she does is evident in the incredible practice she has created. They have taken every precaution in COVID times, and I feel safe and comfortable going there during my 8th month of pregnancy.
