Womens Health Care of Waltham

I am going to this practice for my prenatal care during my first pregnancy and have had the most positive experience so far! I have an extreme phobia of needles and most anything medical so it is all a bit overwhelming for me, but they have been nothing but patient, kind and truly wonderful to me. All staff members I have encountered have gone above & beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe throughout my care. Love it here and cannot wait to continue with them over the next few months!

I’ve been a patient with this women’s group since I was a teen. The sweet Dr. I once started with has been long gone, I stayed at this office because all of the doctors have been fairly pleasant. Can NOT say the same about the staff. For years Ive dealt with attitude from the front staff. Extremely unfriendly & unhelpful. Today I had my last straw with a new receptionist named Lynn whom I haven’t ever even met before. From the beginning I noticed she wasn’t friendly & ignored her. Later when I came out of my appointment I needed a follow up & she suddenly didn’t want to assist me & spoke down to me as if I had done something to her. She asked me what my follow up was for & when I said I wasn’t sure due to it not being up to me she seemed to get upset told me she would need too speak to dr to find out, she asked me to sit. I moved away & she again demanded I sat. I didn’t see the reason why when I was waiting to book something & I wasn’t close to anyone. I asked her again if she could go see what my appointment would be for, & she yelled at me that she would. She left her office as her coworker carol followed. They spoke about me in the hallway that’s used as a connector to office & rooms which anyone has access too. Once Lynn returned back into the room she treated me very nasty, Didn’t wanna call to help me make appointment, didn’t want to write down number for me. She waited for other clients to exit & then proceeded to yell at me In front of her coworker about how I was rude to her. I asked her how I was rude & she had nothin to say other than I was rude & that she didn’t care if she was yelling at me. She said I started it by the way I said my name when I first walked up. Then she screamed “yeah report me, I don’t care.” I looked at carol & I asked her why I was being treated so poorly & why her coworker had such poor respect towards clients & she simply said “I don’t know”. I was basically being denied service & respect. I have never complained prior out of respect but that line has been crossed. I don't recommend it at all for any person. People come here to get help, reliable trust, feel safe & get good service. Not be spoken down to buy staff that takes out there personal problems on clients. This front desk staff needs more training or should reevaluate your career choices, that’s NOT how you treat clients!

The best! Ever single person that I have seen in this office is amazing. Including their front office staff and their nurse . I have had 2 babies and one miscarriage and they have been super supportive through everything. I definitely recommend :

My doctor here is amazing, I absolutely love him. But the receptionists here are so incredibly rude. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with them- and it’s not just one receptionist, it’s all of them. If I didn’t have to deal with the receptionists, I’d give five stars, but they make me want to see him at his other office honestly.
