I am disabled. I love the wonder wallet harness, and hands free leash. My dog is a service dog and goes everywhere with me. It gives me so many options. My mom and friend are staying to look at getting some for their dogs.
My husband and I recently adopted an 80 pound rescue. He is a good boy but has a very high prey drive and I weigh 120 pounds. I took him for a trail run early on and he literally pulled me off the trail and drug me through some bushes while chasing what I assume was a squirrel. I wasn’t sure what to do but a good friend recommended the Wonder Walker. We purchased the Wonder Walker, along with the Max Control Handle, and it has been a life changer. I feel comfortable taking the pup for hikes or trail runs now without having to worry. He will still initially run after animals sometimes but it is manageable now. This is a great product!
Outrageously quick and efficient repair service for 2 of their locally produced Wonder Walkers. The process was easy and before we knew it they were returned just like new. Fantastic that they do repairs!
These folks are the best! We've used wonder walkers for years now. I bought the Toy size xxs for our youngest pup around 4 months and she just outgrew it as she hit 9 months. I jumped online yesterday to check as we live near the shop. Due to the quarantine, the office is closed to foot traffic so I ordered an XS via free shipping. Imagine my joy when it arrived TODAY! So grateful for the quick shipping and the fantastic customer service we always receive. These halters make walks much happier for our whole family.
We use the wonder walker and service leash for our pup. The front clip on the wonder walker helps so much with pulling and the service leash is perfect for walking our pup in areas that we need to keep him close. The products are great quality and they even make repairs if your dog happens to be a chewer. I had questions when I was ordering online, I called the office and received amazing customer service.
This is the first review I have written for anything at all in 5 years but these folks compelled me to do it. Sure they have fantastic, durable products, but honestly, it’s their friendliness and customer service that is most remarkable. When their product doesn’t live up to their expectations or your satisfaction, they make it right without any questions or hesitations. They are not selling cheap products, hoping they will break so you can buy more. They want you happy for the life of their products and generously fix things that actually extend the life of the product. Don’t hesitate, buy their products now!
AMAZING!!! They're super nice and helpful. I got the wrong size on Rover they helped me get the correct size and adjust once she grew. I wish I could get more dog supplies from them- LOL
We have several Wonder Walker items. Because our dogs are tough on them two Malamutes at 100 plus pounds, we have had connectors and buckles break. They have fixed or replaced our broken walkers, leashes, etc for free or very reasonable prices depending on the circumstance while we waited. Very good customer service.
Excellent product. We own two and drove up from Tacoma to buy a third only to find the shop closed early. Wouldn't have been a big deal except that we called ahead and they said they would be open until 4 which is their listed hours of business on Google. Again best harness ever, but make sure they will be there if you're driving a long distance.
Their Wonder Walker harness is a game changer! I was starting to believe I couldn’t walk my large, crazy puppy but when I put this harness on him the change was immediate. I have bought several since then. Now we have a second dog and she likes to chew through the harnesses. We have stopped by the shop where they make the harnesses and the people working there have been very friendly and quickly replaced the chewed material while we waited. We will be customers for life and I really recommend this specific harness to anyone with a dog.
