I wanted to let everyone who needs work done on their property or house to know how much my family appreciate all the work that Steve and his workers have done for us. He is always the most reasonable when it comes to prices yet he does the work of a true craftsman. Since we have been using wood doctors for the past 10 years it is like having a member of your own family do the job, no matter what has to be done. My whole family has that much confidence in them. I want them to know how much we think of them and the work that they do. It is great to know that we can call him for any job and know that it will be done to my satisfaction. He and his team are very dependable.
I just got my 98 year old Father home from the hospital. Saw that his new front door lock was in bad shape. My Dad thought that Wood Doctor had replaced the lock, he had done other things around the house in the past. He arrived the same day. Turns out he did did not do the lock work. He fixed it anyway. When I offered to pay him he said just take care of your Dad and think of me the next time. Competent, good guy.
The Wood Doctor and his team helped my wife renovate a rental property she purchased on the North Fork. His pricing was reasonable and his team delivered the work on time as promised. We’re putting him on our calendar for all our yearly maintenance work around our home...along with our rental property.
Fast, quality service at an excellent price. The workman were pleasant and did a complete cleanup. Roof looks great! Would recommend this service to anyone without reservation. I'll be calling them for some additional work sometime soon, as well. 5- STARS!
Our bathroom renovation is stunning! Wood Doctors did beautiful work as always. We will definitely be calling them again when we're ready to have our deck installed.
I dont normally write good reviews. Just complaints about bad service but in this case Wood Doctors definately deserves a great review. Steve came out last week. Gave me a quote which was very reasonable. Set an appt. for today. Showed up and did a great job fixing a window sash inside. Even went outside and made sure that all was good. I would highly recommend them.
steve is a straight crook who pays his workers off the books non of his employees are documented and have no background search one of them is in their 70's and they all are slow and not very good.steve is fast but leaves you saying you could of got someone better and reliable for the same price just give a little more thought before you select him for your work. after reading some of his other reviews on yellow pages and other sites seems its a reoccurring issue. and last person who reviewed this is his daughter so people will think someone was actually 100% satisfied by his service. the department of labor is gonna have a field day with him. =
I have used Steve since 2003 for kitchen, bathroom remodeling, replacement of doors, outside soffit and have nothing but great things to say about the quality of his work.
Great service and work. Wood Doctors gave me my dream kitchen at a great price.
