Based on my visit experience,I have nothing but to thank the entire staff. The maintenance gentleman,front desk and nurses are very professional.
Worst WIC/Health Dept ever! Last time I was in there, I had an appt at 1pm and ended up being there til almost 5pm. When I called to find out about what I needed to bring with me, I was told they are strictly appointment based now, which is a COMPLETE lie. The excuse I was given over and over as to why it was taking so long to give my daughter shots was that they had to see ppl based off of who signed in... Which blew my mind considering I got told it was appointment only and they didn't do walk-in anymore, but that changed when I got there! Completely pointless to set an appointment if ppl get to walk-in and get seen before the ppl who actually set appts! Walk-ins should be squeezed in around those who followed the "new rules" and actually set up an appointment! Not to mention, I took my 6mlnth old daughter in and the woman administering the shots had ZERO finesse when it came to giving shots to a baby! I have allowed my child to get behind on shots, before I EVER subject her to going through that again! Y'all need to GET IT TOGETHER and DO BETTER!
Waited forever. Appointment at 8:30am, still here at 11. Havent been seen yet, not enough english speaking staff. Your baby will wait in the same room and use the same counters as STD patients.
This place is a damn joke! Come here to get my kids wic have an appt and everything just for them to completely skip over you countless times! They need to hire people who is here to do their job!! Not enough english speaking staff. Everytime I come here I have to wait over THREE hours after my scheduled appt!! I have had enough of wasting my whole day being stuck in this office with inconsiderate staff!
My WIC appointment was fast, and Eve is very nice and friendly. I was there for laterally 30 minutes.
Came to pick up my checks at 11am the employee told me come back at 12.30 after launch I didn't know there launch take one hour and half my thinking want transfer another CLINIC
No one ever answers the phone or returns any calls. I have been calling for weeks. Leaving messages and no one has returned my call.
in this place they don't care people they lazy and bad manners to take care also is not good clean place.
You will wait forever . Waited 4 hours just to get a refill and my blood pressure taken
