Beautiful park with small waterfall, pickle ball courts coming soon, several baseball/softball & soccer fields. A large playground & bike path that’s 1.25 mile loop. Across from it is an 18 hole disc golf course through the woods.
I love this park, it has the perfect walking trail, plenty of sports fields, and a beautiful picnic area. The only way this park could get better would be with actual restrooms instead of porta potties. Playground: The playground is mulched and appears to be more metal as opposed to plastic, but is still kid friendly. There is also a book nook for community book donations pickups, and exchanges. Restrooms: There are a few porta potties, though most are at the front of the park. Dog-friendliness: The park is dog friendly! Many people bring their animals to walk along the trail that circles the park. Picnic area: Beautiful gazebo with plenty of Park benches and picnic tables. Garbage and recycling bins are supplied.

Beautiful park! Wantage does an amazing job keeping it maintained. People need to be more courteous when visiting. ALWAYS keep your dog leashed! Clean up after your dog! When your finished visiting take all your trash with you! Pretty simple.....

Large area to walk/jog around the perimeter, park equipment is in good shape.

It's a beautiful park! Just too bad people don't understand "carry in - carry out" and leave garbage around. The porta-potties need some love more often.
