We lived here a while and had very kind neighbors and loved our location. The staff is very professional and takes care of things quickly. We mostly dealt with a manager named Ted and he was awesome. Taylor the Assistant Manager was kind, understanding and sympathetic with my family. Maintenance is very fast and takes care of issues quickly. The maintenance manager Claudio is professional, friendly, and a hard worker. Pedro and Orlando are examples of true professionalism, and I always had trust in all 3 when they serviced my unit while my family and I were gone. I have never lived in a complex where maintenance is on top of the cleanliness like here. These 3 gentlemen set the bar very high for any other company hands down. Thank you
I like Woodbrige willows apartment, I've been here 4years already, our maintenance person Pedro is very professional and kind, he always came with a smile and complete the job with a great attitude. He knows his job!
Pedro of the Woodbridge Willows maintenance team demonstrated expediency, respect of personal property, stellar customer service and a genuine concern on a recent working order repair request. The entire maintenance crew and staff go above and beyond expectations each and every time. No doubt, THIS team is the main reason I continue to call Woodbridge Willows my home.
I am very impressed with the customer service of the leasing manager: Kayla Roth and Ted O Brien. They have the best maintenance staff -Pedro and Claudio . This is a great community , Highly recommended. Been here for 7 years .Love it !!! Just need an upgrade for the apartments and the common area:
If you have a large dog this is the place for you! I rented the 2bed floor plan and the patio is huge for an apartment. It also has a 6ft tall fence : there are plenty of grassy areas and a park to walk your dog. Does not feel like an apartment. Feels like a condo. The neighborhood is always clean and the neighbors are very friendly. The park is great for kids. Has a playground and basketball courts. My apartment comes with 2 parking spaces. This is hands down my favorite apartment community in Orange County that I have ever lived in! Close to the 405 and all that Irvine has to offer. Starbucks, Ralphs, CVS, gas station and many other shops 1 block away.
The move in process was GRRREEEAAAATTT. The staff was amazing Guermo I don't if I spelled his name right showed me my apartment he was very nervous it was his first day on the job. I really loved the property he answered all my questions and those that he couldn't answer he directed me to Veruni. She was extremely helpful with the move in process and made sure to follow up with me after the move in. The maintenance service is amazing the response time to a service request is fast. The neighbors are friendly and they pick up after their pets. I'm glad I chose this community and I would recommend it to others.
The maintenance team is outstanding. Claudio and Orlando are so very kind, polite and so willing to help anytime. I appreciate them very much!
The staff are always amazing and the Community Manager Chris is always professional and eager to help. The community is really quiet which is surprising considering the closeness of the 405. Overall extremely happy to live here
Office staff is great. Neighbors not so much. Not when they don't like you and verbally attack you over your child's wheelchair.
Great place to stay, great teamwork. Very knowledgeable with maintenance situation. Very nice, very friendly and respectfully.
