Wonderful staff. Everyone is so friendly and respectful. My nurse Lin who took me inside is very friendly and made me at ease. Asked me the question regarding my medication and every paper I signed before she asked me to sign she explained in detail what I was signing. I will highly recommend this place. They also care about the patient after they come out after the procedure. They make sure that someone comes Inside to pick up the patient. This is done for the safety of the patient. Keep up the good work guys.

My wife and I have used Dr Herman for multiple colonoscopies at Woodburn. The staff has always been great and Dr Herman is the best. He came recommended to us and we have since recommended him and would do so again. Always professional. Always thorough.

I had my first procedure here, now I'm due for another one today. I felt like they really care about you as a person not a number, I was referred to the office by a coworker friend of mine I will stay coming and will not go anywhere else thanks to my buddy and entire staff from the front of the office to back. Especially my Doctor there wonderful staff. I appreciate it keep up the great work

$22k bill for an EGD examine. And the nurse was so rude, even hit my teeth with the tube and I have to visit my dentist to pull out the teeth after the EGD. The billing department will not notify you until the bill is diligent and said "sorry, I can't change it since it is already diligent"

Very kind doctor, but poor billing operations and customer service. No one answers the phones and bills are sent to collections even when incorrect. Poor nutrition information in regards to digestion issues. I’ve found out more watching videos online and reading books. The doctor does not follow up, just sends the bill. Never would recommend.

Center was fine, they sent biopsy to out of network pathologist Adnan Khan. 100% covered procedure cost more than $1400.

“Tier 1” in network provider for my insurance. Surprise balance billed me for about 20% of the cost after my insurance paid them. Scummy.

Very pleasant staff. Melissa the RN who took care of me before my colonoscopy and Quiana who took care of me afterward were very nice.

Colonoscopies are not fun, but these folks were so helpful, friendly, and soothing! And I slept great!
