Taxi didn’t show up . I missed my flight . I called two times to confirm the time to pick me up to the airport. They are untrusted people .DONT book taxi with them .unprofessional and liars

DON'T RISK YOUR SCHEDULE WITH THIS COMPANY! I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Booked a 5am pickup from my home in the suburbs, heading to the airport. No sign of them by 5:05 so I start calling. No answer, voicemail only. By 5:10 I start calling other taxi services, but no one has a cab anywhere near me. No call, no show. Ended up driving myself. I'll probably have a $300 parking fee instead of a $60 fare now. Still can't get ahold of them to find out what their deal is. I'm not even sure this is a legitimate service. Horrible experience! In response to the reply, I would be happy to send copies of the email confirmation I received when I scheduled the pickup, the phone logs of my attempts to call the company, and the email chain that resulted from this, including trying to find someone to get my car out of the airport parking garage to avoid the parking fees. The three days of parking that I was charged for came to just under $90. Their reply to my review at least showed up three weeks late, whereas a taxi never actually showed up at all.

Their yellow pages ad says "airport service only". This is not on their web page. It even says on the web page "We also provide point-to-point cab service to entire metropolitan region". I tried to book a cab to a destination other than the airport through the web page. It did not give me an error message. It gave me a cost estimate. I did not get an email confirmation. No cab showed up. So be aware that the web page is not correct. It looks like they only go to the airport as the yellow pages ad says.

Driver was courteous and was able to arrive early.

I booked this taxi service online, and I received a confirmation of my order. The morning we were going to the airport I called 30 minutes prior as I didn’t receive a text or call per their confirmation instructions. They said, “your driver is on the way”. 30 minutes later the company called back saying they couldn’t find my reservation, therefore NO taxi coming. AWFUL, do not use if ou actually want a ride. Nothing like scrambling at 6 in the morning to get to the airport.

I travel weekly for work and Mike has provided reliable transportation from my home in Lake Elmo to/from the airport. His vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, with classical MPR playing, and often stocked with cold bottled water. Highly recommend.
