Woodbury Royal Car Wash

PATHETIC! Then they told me to buy a machine to try and clean the stuff that didn’t come off. I bought simply spray cleaner and sponge and towel and cleaned it all with few spots left and yet this CAR WASH place couldn’t get the job then yet with a few materials I was able too. But the part where they said go buy a machine and try to get the rest off. WOW

They do a good car wash but I will never come back here. I entered with a monthly pass and the person at the entrance printed a bill. I tried to explain to him I have a monthly and he refused to check. I have never had this issue here. I told the manager who said he doesn’t care and the employee is new. He was rude and nasty to me raising his voice like a lunatic. I had to wait on a long line to pay a non-existent bill. Not a way to run a business. Shame on you, the customer is ALWAYS right. I have 6 cars I bring here, never again! I will be telling all of my friends and family as well.

Always good. Thankful that I was able to give a worker a tip for the person on the onset of the car wash by way of one of the person cleaning my vehicle. All are respectful and kind.

Quick service but at a price. I arrived an hour before the closing time shown on Google but was the last car washed before closing. Sure seems like they were rushing to get out as there was still bird poop on car, crumbs in the crease of my seats and the remnants of bugs all over my front end. After spending a decent amount on a wash I feel my money could be spent better elsewhere.

The guy at the entrance was rude and with lots of attitude for no reason, at the first place to deal with. Didn’t want to let me in and when requested that due to suffocation, can’t stay in car, was being insulting. He let the other people do that but for me it’s a company policy. Complained about him to owner, who seemed nice, who said that will take care, which he didn’t because the same guy came out and was talking to other people, customers and fellow employees who were giving me dirty looks all the time I was there. Felt humiliated and discriminated due to my ethnicity. Now I know that why this place, which had long lines earlier and now it’s almost deserted. Wash is good but can’t deal with the insults instead of welcome or at-least being courteous.

This place used to be great pre pandemic, they used to have a line down the block. Not sure what changed but the workers all seem to have a chip on their shoulder, just rude for no reason. Car wash was fine but I can spend my money elsewhere.

We have used the Woodbury Royal Car Wash for many years. Sure, the washing equipment does a good job, but they are the best with the followup cleaning. A tip - the wash looks good longer even in winter with the Super Wash RainX option. That is the only one I get.
