Edit: I pointed out my concerns and they were more than apologetic, and offered to correct the issues. Changed to 5 stars. They called my wife to verify she was home...... no surprise for her, I left a time in the special instructions spot‍‍.... the white roses in the arrangement were already turning brown 3 hours after delivery. Some substitutes appear to have been used from what I ordered. Not a deal breaker but not exactly what I wanted colors after 16 years I have always self purchased my wife’s flowers and wanted to try something different. This is a scenario where the first time will be the last time.
I would definitely use them again.. I called them on Monday about 3:30 with a order ask them if they could deliver them today and they said sure which was delivered at 4:30. Thank you so much the arrangement was beautiful..
I call Woodbury's for funeral flowers for a family service. The flowers were beautiful in style and color. I opted to let their design team be creative and choose the flowers and colors and they did a wonderful job. I will certainly use this company again. thanks again, Kristine
Called with a last minute order to go to the hospital, an hour before they closed. They were able to fill the order and get it there within a half hour. Thank you for the great customer service!
