Great store for pen making supplies. I find their selection of pen kits to be better than Rockler and the fact that they had made examples of their kits was very convenient! I walked in for several drill bits and a polish and they had everything I needed. The man behind the counter was friendly and willing to help. Very positive first experience.

My go-to place for all of my wood/acrylic spinning of pens and bottle stoppers.

The people that work there are very helpful and kind. There is a slightly older gentleman by the name of Michael who I think really enjoys helping people solve what others might think are mundane issues. It seems like from what I’ve seen is that Michael likes to help out the beginners and novices with any and all minor problems they may be experiencing. He is over the top helpful.

Great stuff and friendly staff, however they don't know their ad and there is some bait and switch going on. Take your flyer with you and get the staff to point out what you are looking for.

They have a very helpful staff, lots of inventory and a lot of classes. The classes are the hook. I tried one, enjoyed it and found a great new hobby for myself.

Fantastic and knowledge staff. Great selection of wood, tools, supplies, stains. High quality goods and the prices are naturally reflective of that. Not that you can't find some bargains. Fun shop to drool in.

Amazing selection of exotic hardwoods and tools! I drove from Reno just to buy my Sawstop table saw here, and was totally worth it... I ended up buying way more items, and already want to go back. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great prices on purple heart! Highly recommended

New Front desk employee by the name of Bob was way too aggressive with our online order inquiry. As soon as we came in The customer service was terrible and quite frankly way too aggressive and hostile.I do not recommend this location what so ever.

I've started turning recently and this place has been really helpful. I've taken some classes here as well as bought several tools and materials here. Everyone is crazy helpful and very polite and understanding that they have to help a noobie learn stuff. I never have felt like I've been taken advantage of in that way either. You'll pay slightly higher prices for some things, but when you're starting out that's a compromise you can make bc the info you'll glean from the staff is worth the extra couple of bucks. My appreciation to the staff of this store. They do a great job of teaching classes and helping you learn some of the processes while still having the room to be creative and enjoy yourself.
