Great place to see festool tools. The managers are good and knowledgeable about woodcrafting. I like to browse items to get ideas or problem solve, everything is always in stock so a lot to see. Fun to annoy the rude employee.
Went out on a whim to find a piece of live edge to make some floating shelves. They were amazing enough to rip one side for me and cut in half so I could stain/ drill for. Although we bought the wood 6 months ago, the shelves are officially complete and turned out great ignore the wires, that’s the next task
Always very welcome and helpful with any questions. Call ahead if you are traveling to make sure that they have what you want. They are still getting walnut slats that work great for trim and other things. I used them to make cover a plywood dog crate
Love this place! Knowledgeable and super friendly staff! Also offer classes . . .we took the bowl turning class in june
I stopped by today to buy a router bit. Two employees in the store, chatting in the doorway of the office. No other customers. They looked at me and continued chatting. Ten minutes later I walked out and went to Home Depot to buy my router bit. Terrible service.
Woodcraft is an awesome store with a great staff. After I left the store and went home, I had thought of questions I forgot to ask as I was mesmerized by the beautiful tools and supplies. I immediately picked up the phone and called back to the store to ask the questions I remembered once I was in my shop and reminded of all the things I had gone to the store to figure out. The staff generously answered all of my questions. I intend to purchase a nova chuck for my lathe, but need to do a little adapting to make it work. The young lady I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable about my issues, which was great cause I'm not sure I was doing a very good job of explaining my issues. I will most definitely go there to purchase my tools...
First time I have visited Woodcraft and it was more than what I expected. Don was very helpful and was very professional. I definitely will continue to shop there and refer others to this awesome woodcrafting bussiness!
Ryan, manager extraordinary, spent quality time with me, answering my questions about specific CNC operations. He was very helpful. Leslie was very helpful with paint color questions and check out service. Store was clean, clearance wood bins were full of lovely hardwood choices. Can't wait to shape their future!!
The staff were very friendly. To me it appears they have everything under the sun for woodworking. I do know they had the band saw blades I needed and couldn't find anywhere else. I look forward to visiting them again. PS, I couldn't help buying couple other things while I was there.
Personel dont leave counter area! Which is ok because the only one who knows anything is the manager...
