Woodforest Bank

5 Stars is ONLY for the employees they are all wonderful in Cranberry, Pa, especially Courtney she is the absolute best, very kind,helpful and always happy... But only ONE STAR for the times!!!!!!!! They are much better in Butler 7:00 closing sucks!!!! I am used to being able to get to the bank every night after work to deposit my tips so I don't spend them. Now I have to wait till next day... :+

In the past I would have recommended using this bank but in the past year this bank has tried to get extra fees out of me a half dozen times. Save yourself the trouble there are banks out there that have no fees and advertise it.

The best woodforest. They are always happy and when I was hospitalized and went to my local branch to get some then done and they weren't able, I came here to the cranberry branch and they took care of it.they are alway happy and positive.

So kind and over accommodating. Tellers were kind as can be!
