Absolutely incompetent staff. DO NOT BANK HERE. Had to go inside to dispute charge and the lady had the worst attitude I have ever had to deal with. She seemed angry that I was there to dispute a charge. There were two Walmart charges that had not been reversed back into my account and Walmart advised me to contact my bank and they would resolve it. After their little “investigation” highly doubt that took 10mins to look at it they concluded the charges were valid. $187 gone to Walmart and I never received the product. This just goes to show how incompetent this bank really is and nobody should be doing business with them. They are ANTI-CONSUMER and I can’t wait until they go out of business. DO NOT BANK HERE!

Very disappointing that deposits of cash can not be made at ATM. Something needs to be done about that. At least in your Google description put ATM can Not Accept Cash Deposits! Saves people from going crosstown only to be Disappointed!!

Very bad customer service! And u professional. They approved my loan and sent it back ones they realize I was black. I had no problems. All I wanted to do was withdraw my money. And they didn't let me do it. Had the proper business paper work as well. How do you approve something where I can get it anytime then tell me no. That is discrimination

Carlos Majano, the manager, miss-led us on an account with a joint-business accounttwo corps/sole p. He did not follow compliance with banking services; My business account was not properly opened nor was it in the format that he stated and my partner Benjamin witnessedin person. It was overall, a terrible experience with many people not helping to fix the problem with our deposits, etc. This was totally CARLOS, and the mgmt team!! PLEASE HELP

Bank elsewhere. Customer service at this branch, and when you call their 800 number, is pretty much worthless. The ONLY positive is they are open Saturday and Sunday, or at least they used to be. Hours have changed but they couldn't be bothered to update them. If you were thinking of using this bank I suggest a credit union instead.
