Welcome to Woodland Gallery, Hendersonville’s premier venue for unique pottery, photographs and jewelry.
Woodland Gallery is a unique family-owned business featuring handcrafted items. Owned and operated by Michael and Wendy Gustafson, Woodland Gallery represents over ten Tennessee craftsmen with talents that range from woodturning, pottery, photography, and jewelry making.
Michael Gustafson offers fine art photographs of the Tennessee Landscape featuring many of our state parks and scenes in Sumner County. With over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Advertising photography, his work producing catalogs and brochures for many businesses, and his work in family portraiture continues to be the main focus of Michael Gustafson Photography. However, his love for the outdoors and the state of Tennessee continues to be the passion that inspires his personal work.
Photography Classes and Weekend Workshops. are held in our Commercial Photography Studio on the third weekend of each month. For more information call 615-822-5412.
Wendy is the driving force behind Woodland Pottery. Our original and custom pottery is made right here in Hendersonville the old-fashioned way, starting with a lump of clay and turning it on a potter’s wheel into its own unique shape. Next the piece is fired, glazed, and fired again, to complete a seven-step process. Finished pieces are food-safe, dishwasher and oven-proof and available for sale in our gallery.
We also teach Pottery Classes in our commercial pottery studio located in the building behind Woodland Gallery. See our schedule for dates and times of classes.
Our daughter Hillary Adcock, who has earned her degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising, not only creates one-of-a-kind jewelry for Woodland Gallery, but also offers consulting and clothing alterations for bridal and formal wear through her company, Tenbrook Design.
