With over 100 units, from one-bedroom (833 sq. ft.) apartments, to three-bedroom (1338 sq. ft.) apartments, we have it all. Reviews

I have reported waterleaks on several different occasions. The 1st time they brought me a bucket n never came back, the next few times caused mold. All they did was scrape off the black, apply primer and paint over it. Needless to say it is growing back n the ceiling is cracking again. They were supposed to replace the kitchen counters and cabinets and that was never done. Why update some apartments and not all? The wood is deteriorating n looks horrible, but that doesnt stop them from adding to your rent every chance they get with no improvements being made. The hallway carpet was finally replaced and they dont even clean it periodically.

My family and I are living in nothing but flies we have had nothing but issues they want 1800 a month to do nothing this place should be condemned for unsanitary living. We held our rent to get them to fix it and now we go to eviction court because there is no communication in this place and management is never there and when they do decide to go to the office they don't do a God dam thing do not move here we even had our car broken into in the parking garage

Absolute dump. The management of this property which is a big company charge well over a thousand dollars a month to live here. Where there is little upkeep in these units. The ceilings have holes and most of all the elevator has been a constant issue with as much as these properties make off of their residents you would think instead of just "fixing" the constant issues they have that they would take some of that money and invest back into their buildings and REPLACE. But because its corporate they would rather sulk all they can and not spend the money to do so. They don't have a room to store packages so people constantly get there stuff stolen or misplaced. The parking lot although they did some work, FINALLY with the massive potholes did lackluster job with this also. With as much as you have to pay to live here, you're better off getting a little higher end apartment way from the suburbs of the city or get a house.

The worst place I've ever lived.  Repairs took forever to be done.  At least once a month we would have a leak in master bathroom.  Even when we complained about our grandson getting burned from a neighbors cigarettes above us nothing was done.  At the end of our stay there the management was horrible.  Fairhousing ya right on more then one occasion they treated tenants differently.  One of the office staff apt you could barely walk in.  Yet they gave a resident a violation whose apt the only thing was a mess was her closet.  Gave us three violations in one day.  One saying we didn't pay a pet deposit or paperwork.  Yet my wife had proof of making deposit when she first moved in.  Plus we had a copy with the receptionist signature the date we turned it in.  Second claiming they were flicked off but weren't by who they accused.  Third I had a key management before gave out to all residents who had storages which almost every 6 months you had to fill out a new form about which ones you had.  Which again my wife kept copies of.  I was told these were going to be taken care of when we were let out of a lease yet another lie.  Then when we moved we were charged for a set of blinds we bought new just didn't put up and after six years of living there a full charge of paint which when you look into things after that many years they didn't charge people. Yes I have my receipts this place is out to take you for all you have.

I lived at this place for almost 2 years, every bad reviews you see on here is very accurate. Horrible is not the right word to describe it. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT live there. They treated us with no respect, my BMW got hit while parked in a proper spot and they did nothing to help, the apartment above my apartment constantly leaked on us they pretty much never give us any good help, bad management.

This place is trash... Don't waste your money and time. The rooms have leaaks and its not what they present to you. Nothing work... I swear I mean nothing works...from the elevator, telephone,washing machines,sink, toilet and there's a leak on the roofs... You can come check for yourself if you think I'm lying. They tow your car regardless if you live here or not... They don't have any notification... No one to clean the building.... Its trash, im out...

National night out was awesome and amazing, thanks to the wonderful Management Tina and everyone else that helped out that night. I'm so happy that she's are site manager. I've been living at at Woodland North Apts for 14years now and fill safe in my home now like I should be. I'm so happy and grateful for all the hard work that Tina and her staff are doing. She's always understanding and so nice to residents.

Lived there for a couple years. With the new management they have gotten new carpet. The have started working on excercise room and community room. And now instead of it taking months to get things taken care of it was usually done within a week or two.  The staff is friendly.  Also I think it’s great that they have had craft night and other fun things like Santa.  It started to become a community.  I have to say rent is a bit high and potholes are really bad.

I really don't know why this is such a low rate for a place. It is very comfortable here. The staff have been putting effort into everything here. The apartment hallway's has brand new carpet as well as my apartment. Freshly painted and new kitchen and dining room flooring. The staff are very friendly and will fix any problems that you may have. I highly recommend staying here. It's a very relaxing stay. Quiet too

The New Management is amazing!!! A far cry better than what I have seen in my 3 years here. Except for Miss Tonya,  may she rest in peace and power. Matt Murphy does a great job for building C. Mukwa as the amenities guy is on his job all the time. Miss Tina and Tracey and Crystal are patient and helpful.  This has been a covid blessing haven.  My kids love it here as well.
